Captain Josh was awesome. This trip was for my father’s birthday. In Feb I booked with another company for Sat Apr 19. On Apr 15 that captain cancelled on me. I was lucky enough to find availability with Beast Coast. I’m so glad that happened because we had a phenomenal experience with Captain Josh. He was friendly, professional, informative, and great with our two boys, 6 and 9. He was so patient with them. Really took the time & effort to explain & show them what & how to do everything.... We fished inshore around Sarasota on a fairly windy day.  A cold front had just moved through and the fishing was tough.  Captain Josh worked hard hitting a lot of different spots to put us on a couple of really nice snook and a couple lunker trout.  That is all you can ask for on a day when the fish are not cooperating.

Captain Josh was great. We had a bite 30 seconds after casting. We caught 4 fish,  two of which were kept for dinner. Captain Josh was great with our son to help reel in a 26 inch red drum. He also let our little ones go shelling in a nearby sand bar which they enjoyed. Would highly recommend!

My son was so excited for this trip and caught a giant redfish not 20 minutes into our first fishing spot (right after he said he’d never catch anything)! The trip was awesome and so was Captain Josh. My son had a ton of questions and Josh answered them all. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time on our 2 hour trip.  It was a windy day but Captain Josh found us multiple places to fish.  We caught multiple types of fish and had enough keepers to feed 6 for dinner.  We would definitely do this again!
