Remember that roosters and other nightly sought after fish are very season dependent and daily condition dependent. At the end of the day itโs fishing, have to go out and try but if you donโt get exactly what you want, thatโs why itโs fishing.

Be prepared to go way offshore to get to deep water (300โ). It took almost 2 hours to get back to the dock. The seas can be rough so prepare for the motion if you are prone. The variety of fish is amazing!
