To reach the desired fishing spots, Captain Travis will provide you with a restored 16’ RB drift boat that can accommodate up to 2 anglers. You will be gliding the McKenzie River and target Rainbow as well as Cutthroat Trout. Travis specializes in fly fishing, so this is the way you will be attracting your prey. Due to the regulations, the fish you catch will be released back into the water. You are more than welcome to take kids on your trip and spend some lovely family time on the water.

While fishing the waters surrounding Portland you will find many sought-after species, including Salmon, Kokanee, Steelhead, and Sturgeon. Depending on the season and conditions, Caleb will take you where the bite is best and will help you target your catch using a variety of techniques. From drift fishing and trolling to jigging and fly fishing, he is prepared to help you land an unforgettable catch. When he’s not fishing in Portland, you can find him on the coastal streams and rivers in Astoria and Tillamook.

With its wonderful location, the charter specializes in river inshore fishing from early autumn to early spring. You’ll be able to catch two species of Salmon – Chinook, and Coho. Anglers can test their skills in light and heavy tackle, as well as fly fishing. Also, if you want to stock up on some crab meat, there are crab hunting tours.
