Your new monthly performance report from FishingBooker arrives in your email inbox on the first Monday or Tuesday of every month. Inside, you’ll find all you need to know to stay on top of your charter’s latest developments. Here’s how to make the most of this information and grow your business.
Download Your Booking Details
If you need a quick breakdown of the previous month’s cash flow, look no further.
Simply click the button at the top of the performance report email to download your booking list, and you’ll receive a file with the financial details of all your trips from the last 30 days.
In order to protect your details, you can only download this file when you’re logged in to your FishingBooker account.
View Your Charter’s Performance
Open up your statistics, and you’ll see just how much exposure you’re getting – and how this is affecting your bank balance.
Here’s what you’ll find out:
- Listing views: the number of people who browsed your trips in the last month
- Trip requests: how many of those people chose to fish with you
- Booking accept rate: the percentage of booking requests that you accepted
- Realized trips: how many trips took place in the last month
- Total earnings: how much money these trips brought you
- Realization rate: the percentage of trip requests that resulted in a paying customer
You’ll also be able to track any changes to your online reputation. You’ll see a snapshot of your review score and learn how it changed over the last month.
This section displays information for all your published listings. If any of your listings are snoozed, they won’t contribute to the overall score.
Check Your Notifications
Don’t miss the notifications section for the most recent news that affects you and your listing. Notifications are categorized as general or tickets.
“General” notifications tell you about updates to FishingBooker, marketing advice, and policy changes. “Tickets” inform you of any specific actions required on your listing. Stay on top of both to maximize your potential with FishingBooker.
