Captain Ivan and crew (Steve) were great! He communicated with me prior to the trip and recommended changing the day due to weather which was not a requirement on his end. He wanted us to be happier and the trip more enjoyable. He also explained our trip wasn’t the best season (we planned it around the Sydney Marathon) but still put us on fish! After catching our bait (which was also fun) we caught Kingfish and “Pinky” (which is like a Red Snapper where we’re from). The day we went out all charters (on the radio) reported no or few fish. We even saw Humpback Whales multiple times. Definitely would recommend this charter and if we come back in sportfish season I’ll be booking through him hands down!

I booked this charter for my partner and his friends, and they haven’t stopped talking about it since! That's what I told Captain Ivan when I first booked the trip, and while you always have to manage expectations, we were a little worried there wasn't going to be any this late in the season. However! Within the first hour we snagged on a beast from the deep that kicked our butts for half an hour! Incredible fishing!

Captain Ivan and mate were a pleasure to spend the day with and possessed exceptional knowledge on the fishery . My Son and I both caught our first Marlin on this trip and if I ever make it back to Australia I will definitely book again. Thanks for a memory of a lifetime Capt!

Ivan is professional and has a boat with specialized tuna fishing tools！We got a big tuna and 2 other fish! Best fishing experience ever!

Very good communication with the Captain leading up to the trip. Had a lot of fish action all day. Several striped tuna, yellowfin tuna (ahi), a mahi mahi and hooked up on a marlin before we lost it. Regardless, was a ton of fun and loved the crew. Would definitely do it again in a heartbeat!

Captain Ivan and Ron have decades of offshore experience fishing and it shows. After a cooler early summer the fishing had yet to really turn on yet they knew exactly what they were looking for (conditions wise) to get a chance at a good game fish. Ron walked me through all the steps of how the equipment worked and gave clear instructions during the fight that led me to landing my first saltwater fish I ever hooked. Truly the experience of a lifetime!

It was the best day of our life. Ivan pit is on the Marlin all day long. Rise 12 Marlins, hooked up 7 and landed 4. It’s like going fishing in Haven. What a great Guide Ivan and Rob. They are the best. World class service and experience🙏👍
