Captain Darryll grew up around the ocean. As a young fisherman, he enjoyed many exciting trips fishing along the eastern coast of South Africa. This is commonly called the 'wild coast' because of its unforgiving waters. Darryll learned a lot about these waters and grew to respect Mother Nature and her power. Besides the experience gained in South Africa, he has experience on boats in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. This worldwide experience has led him to become an experienced Captain on both power and sail vessels, with the NAUI Divemaster certificate. Darryll is also a Merchant Mariner Instructor teaching classes for new captains.

    June fishing trip

    Went out with captain Darryl and first mate John today. The water was the roughest I had been on but these two worked their butts off putting us on some good red snapper. Thank you

    Thanks Gregg for reaching out and booking with us. We had a great day fishing with your family. Catching our limit on the American Red Snapper is always a bonus, that's what we strive to do.
