Carlos Padilla founded Chimbo's Adventures in 2017 as a company offering quality fishing trips out into the Pacific Ocean. Fluent in English, Carlos is present on all trips to make sure that customers have clear communication and want for nothing. He hopes that everyone on board will have as much fun fishing as he does, regardless of how many fish you catch.

    great boat and crew

    Took the family out and had an amazing time with Chimbo and crew. Caught fish , ate fish, took fish home! What a great time ! Thank you Chimbo. Much recommended!

    These guys get you on the fish

    We had a great day. We caught Mahi-Mahi right out of the marina, which the crew prepared for us on the boat …our total was 3 Mahi and 6 skipjack….then we went for sailfish and caught 2, each weighing over 100pounds. It was a great day

    Fishing and snorkeling

    We had a great day with Chimbo's Adventures. While the fish were not cooperating as much as we would have liked, the kids had a great time bringing in some skip jack and mahi mahi. The ceviche the crew prepared for lunch with the both types of fish was fantastic. We also enjoyed getting to do some mid-day snorkeling, where we saw many diverse types of reef fish.
