Incredible fishing. It was fish charter and 3rd time fishing and they made it look east. I’ve never caught so many fish so quickly. We all caught many, and some were large enough to keep. Are the catch the same day. Absolutely delicious.

Ja, det var fantastisk. Vi ankom sent i eftermiddags på grund af trafik. Men de gav os faktisk de fulde 4 timer. Vi fik en masse fisk og deler dem med venner.

Yes, just let them know it is your first time. It is great for experienced fishermen too, but since it is a smaller boat beware that you feel waves more than on latge commercial boats

Leave your 4 year olds at home. the 7 year old had a good time and was able to catch fish. Chris was excellent with the kids and taught them all about fishing. even gotbus on a few sharks!

Tell your guide what you want to catch but be willing to change plans based on his knowledge of the local conditions and recent fish activity. It’s always better to catch fish - so go for the active fish rather than strike out chasing another species when conditions aren’t right for it.

Pushing Limits Sportfishing
Take dramamime or motion sickness medicine for the half day trip unless you are an extremely experienced on the sea. Even our more frequent flyers felt nauseas after 6 hours out on sea!

Be prepared with a cooler full of water and snacks to have an enjoyable day on the water. We had perfect weather but the charters go in rough seas and rain so make sure you prepare for that with rain gear and motion sickness pills if needed.

Reel Addiction Charters
We originally wanted to go for stripers, but sharks had come in to the sound and we had to change up our strategy. Captain Mitch knew some great spots to go to get us hooked up with sea bass and the kids had a blast reeling them in. We even got to troll a bit for stripers towards the end of the trip and had one on the line but it jumped off. So be flexible and trust the judgement of the captain about what’s biting. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area.
