Owner David and Captain Fred were great today, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of their boat and their water and put us onto some good sport, even if we didn’t add to the 14 Marlin that they’ve caught this year! Would we charter them again? Yes, we didn’t want to come back to shore! We got away from the mooring early as the guys were ready and keen to get out to maximise our time with them. We’d seen a couple of pods of dolphins in no time at all and the day was looking good... Within 30mins we’d caught a Skipjack Tuna on a lure whilst trolling. Having enjoyed a good fight, the fish was landed safely by Fred and stored beneath deck, ready for us to take home for dinner. Big smiles already! After a bit more trolling we tried a spot of shark fishing with deadbaits. We soon realised that these guys certainly knew the right place to try as a 7ft long Blue shark cruised past us about 20yds away from the boat (just like on Jaws!)! As if that wasn’t good enough we hooked up on a big shark and played it for about 10mins (enough time to really feel the power!) until it saw the boat and pulled hard enough to snap 80lb mono! Was it the 7ft fish we’d seen earlier? We’ll never know... Another boat within sight of us had a 2mtr blue shark out of the water before we also had a blue to the boat. This time not the big one, but still a beautiful fish (about 4ft). No more fish for today, but certainly a memorable morning and smiles all round with a beautiful tuna for dinner...happy days. Very helpful crew who put in loads of effort finding the fish. Had a great afternoon out and saw lots of dolphins as well
Hello Tom, thank you for your review. We always try our best to find the big fish, sometimes we find them and they just won't hook up which is frustrating but that's Fishing!
Captain and crew were outstanding. Really large boat with great equipment. We will definitely book again with Dotsie Too on our next visit to Tenerife.

I would recommend to all fishermen to go with Dotsy Too if you happen to be at Adeje, Tenerife. The Captian, David is very experienced and the boat is well equiped for all type of fishing. James was also a great company and very good help during the day professionally managed when we had the most busiest time with 4 rods action with Bonitos.
