Outstanding Fishing Guide
Captain Joe took my father and I out fishing in Matagorda Bay and we were beyond impressed. The winds were strong all day and we were worried that might be bad for fishing, but Joe made sure we kept trying different locations until we had success. At one point we were right on top of a school of Reds which was really cool to see. Joe's boat is brand new and the equipment is state of the art. We went through different areas of the Colorado River with ease and ended up catching a total of 6 fish (Red Drum, Black Drum, Trout, Sheepshead). Joe arrived at the dock super early to make sure we had live bait and was very attentive throughout the whole trip. He gave us tips on how to become better fisherman and we're already excited to book our next outing. Do yourself the favor and go with Joe on your next fishing outing. He's very talented at what he does and he'll be our go-to guide any time we want to go fishing. You're almost guaranteed to have a successful fishing tip!
