Dave trabajará duro para hacer que su día de pesca con él sea divertido y memorable.
Su embarcación será un barco de bahía Shallow Stalker Pro de 24' seco y de navegación suave, impulsado por un motor Suzuki de 300 HP. Puede atender hasta 5 pescadores y viene equipado con una torre de proa, torre central, un power pole, radio VHF, vivero y neveras con hielo. Incluso cuenta con un sistema de sonido Fusion.
Pescará con lo que funciona mejor y el capitán conoce todos los trucos del oficio. Lo llevará a pescar lo que esté picando en un momento particular de un día particular. El Capt. Dave lo llevará a pescar con señuelos, top-waters, cucharillas, camarones vivos con corchos, croaker vivo, saltar lisas en la superficie y derivar con cebo cortado en el fondo.
Está preparado para hacer al menos dos de las técnicas mencionadas para hacer que su día en el agua sea divertido y, lo más importante, pescar. Y la lista de sus posibles capturas incluye Redfish, Jack Crevalle, Black Drum, Flounder y Spotted Seatrout.
Se le proporcionará equipo de pesca de primera calidad de marcas premium como Shimano, Penn y St. Croix. Los señuelos también están incluidos en el precio, así como el cebo vivo, que le estará esperando en el barco. Captain Dave is a super kind Host. He will make sure you have the best time ever!! His first priority is always safety and then a lot of fun and it is guaranteed every time!! If you want the best fishing trip of your life, look up Captain Dave, you won’t be sorry and you will want to keep coming back!
Fishing has been tough for everyone on South Padre Island. I normally catch several nice fish from the Surf but none this week. Dave took us out and got us on some Speckled Trout we had two in the box in about 20 minutes. From there the bite seemed to just turn off Dave tried everything to find hungry fish they seemed to have just disappeared. There were several other boats out and I did not see one of them pull up a fish. It was one of those it’s fishing not catching days. But the whole time Dave was entertaining and encouraging making for a wonderful trip. I noticed Dave loves to teach people how to fish so If you are new to the game or want your child to learn from a great positive guy you will not go wrong with Dave.

We booked Captain Dave based on his advertised rate of repeat customers and the one review that was published on this site at the time. We couldn't have made a better choice! Dave checks all the boxes for a great day of fishing: lots of local knowledge, top-notch boat and equipment, on-time and reliable, and he's a great fellow who you will enjoy spending the day with. Oh - he also put us on fish even after the 2021 freeze/fish kill, getting us to a 2 man limit of Reds just after Noon with lots of extra action. All-around great experience. We will also be repeat customers next time we are in town.

Had an amazing time! Capt Dave Met me at 7 AM and proceeded to go over all the necessaries and then we set out. Once we came to our first stop Capt. Dave then gave a 1 min instructional demonstration and off to fishing I was! Capt Dave was very willing to photograph the day but I chose to not bother instead immerse myself in the moment and beauty that is the south texas coast. Capt Dave is very Knowledgeable and possesses years of experience and knows how to get you on the fish you want. I am still in awe of how many dolphins I saw through the course of the day. It is beautiful and so easy to relax and let the stress go and focus on catching and reeling in the fish! 5 stars I will be back!

Great trip with Capt Dave. Although the fishing was slow today, we managed to land two good size Redfish, one 28 inch and one 24 inch. Capt Dave was super friendly and helped us improve our fishing techniques. We hooked a couple other Redfish or ??? but they got away, We caught a few small trout also but no keepers. Overall an enjoyable trip and we will definitely plan another one in the future!
