Eye On The Fly Expeditions 

Man this was such a great trip. Captain Brian reached out to me the week of our trip. He was there bright and early with everything ready to go. He brought drinks, snacks, extra gear for me to use/try out if mine wasn’t getting it done. But boy oh boy does this man know how to get you on the fish. Right away we were landing good size rainbow and brown trout. He gave me plenty of pointers and made sure I was getting my monies worth out of this trip. I will definitely be booking with him again in the near future! I feel like a made a new good fishing friend today! Thanks Brain!

Brian picked me up at 5:30am and after a one hour drive we entered the water in a wonderful foggy morning. What a scenery When sun came out, eating the fog it was a gorgeous morning with active fishes. Water was high but very Dushanbe. We caught 3 rainbows , released them again as we continue to travel further south When you are around Nashville give Brian a shout. You can’t get a better or more experienced guide and he is a great company too Thanks Capt‘n Brian. I might be back. Siegfried

The trip was outstanding. My youngest son and I went out on Caney Fork with Brian. We were both rookies and wanted to learn how to fly fish. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and has a ton of experience. He was a great teacher and was patient with our rookie mistakes. We caught a lot of Rainbow Trout and had a blast. Brian communicated very well in preparation of the trip and searched for best places to go for the best conditions. He has many options and knows the areas to go very well. Awesome trip.

I purchased a full day trip as a surprise for my husband as a Father’s Day gift and I couldn’t be happier with that decision! From the moment I booked it, Captain Brian was in contact and answered any questions I had and offered great guidance for what to expect and what to bring, etc. Captain Brian was always very professional and cordial. My husband and son have just returned from the trip and they cannot stop talking about what an amazing experience they had! They said everything was 10 out of 10! They said they highly recommend Captain Brian! Exceptional service and experience!

If you are new to fly fishing like I am, Capt Brian is the man to see. Very knowledgeable, great equipment, beautiful scenery, just all around a fantastic trip. While the fishing itself wasn’t productive in terms of quality the quantity was there and for never fly fishing before that’s what I needed. I needed to learn the feel of the bite and the drift. Brian is an excellent teacher, and an ever better person. Cheers to you Brian!!! Side note my wife is going to hate you because now I’m adding a fly rod to my collection!

Captain Brian was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable with great equipment and an awesome boat. I’d highly recommend him and I’ll use him again myself!!

My son had a blast on his birthday and landed some fish even in the chilly January waters. Brian had all the gear we needed and was very knowledgable and prepared, we definitely learned a lot!

The Caney Fork is beautiful. Go in the morning when it’s quiet, the wildlife is active, and its just you and the river. Brian is a great fly fishing teacher, very patient with inexperienced anglers. He knows where the fish are, and will do his best to tech you how to catch them.

Brian made a great instructor for our first time fly fishing! I surprised my boyfriend with this trip and it went so smoothly and we learned so much. Will definitely be back
