This was my favorite charter I’ve done to date! Paul put so much effort into getting my finance and I on loads of back water fish. We caught an assortment of fish and even completed the Flamingo slam! Paul took the time to spread some knowledge on the area as well as fish we were catching. Overall couldn’t have been a better day! We lost track of how many snook we caught, well over 25, landed a couple tarpon, one redfish, and then some various other species.

If you're looking for a unique experience the Florida Evergaldes and flamingo this is it. With a canoe strapped to the boat, Capt. Paul is showed us why it's worth the extra effort. As an avid angler, and seasoned guide who knows his fishery, we learned during the day while we got on the fish. It was an early morning at 4 am, but my buddy Greg arrived to scoop me up, and drove us out meet the captain of Legacy Fishing Charters. The wind stirred up the chop as we ventured out of the channel on an incoming tide towards the eastern edge of the everglades. We headed northwest, and arrive in the midst of terrapin bay and the surrounding area in under an hour where we departed the no motor zone to step back in time, and canoe through some areas that are mostly untouched. Paddling away from the boat, I realized this was just the escape from the noise I had been hoping for. Serenity is not a word that does this place justice, but it's the best one I have. There's no noise, no sound, just your conversation from your company and the bugs surrounded by mullet flips, flops, swooshes, and stirs. Early in the morning you could hear next to "nothing" which is a strange feeling when you've been in a city for a while. We had a great day paddling the canoe around the backwater bays. We landed a tarpon, 15 snook, a few ladyfish, mangrove snappers, and had lots of action throughout the day pitching paddletails into the mangroves. Thanks Cap - for being the "reel deal", and showing us a great day on the water.

Capt Paul was extremely friendly kind and well mannered. He gave us the fishing trip we were hopping for. He's willing and happy to help you every step of the way and WANTS you to catch fish. If your into fishing and love the outdoors this is the trip for you.

A quick belated review for Capt. Paul - We fished the tail end of the mullet run in Biscayne Bay, and had a nice quick evening filled with action. We hooked some nice snook after landing mullet to use as live bait. At sunset, we hooked a large shark that I fought for around 30 minutes before realizing it wasn't a silver king, but rather a toothy tax man. A great fight on light tackle, and a fun experience. I can't wait to fish out in Flamingo with Capt. Paul on a longer day. He's an excellent guide who is professional, and knows his craft. If you get the chance, go enjoy a day on the water w/ Capt. Paul

Had an awesome day out in Flamingo with Captain Paul! We started the day catching a bunch of nice snook a small red a jack and a sail cat as well we saw a ton of tarpon and all sorts of wild life crocs, sharks, manatee’s,birds and a huge dolphin. Second half of the day we ran out the flats to sight cast for some tailing redfish we ended catching a triple tail on the way out there! Captain Paul is a great guide that has a ton of experience with the area and will definitely put you on the fish! I learned a ton on our trip and definitely will be booking again.

Capt Paul gave me a very memorable day in the Everglades. I charter guides often and his was hands down the best trip I’ve ever taken. Lots of fish but even more important to me, informative and personable. Cannot recommend Capt Paul highly enough!

We pass 2 wonderful day with Paul fishing in the Everglades, we caught many fish species and Paul is an awesome guide working hard for the customer to achieve their goal. In the 2 days we didn’t fish 2 times at the same place and we were able to explore many area of the Everglades including Florida bay where we caught some sharks. Strongly recommended.

I have fished with Capt. Paul for over a decade now. He has always been a phenomenal fisherman but has dialed in his game since becoming a guide. He is serious about doing his research in order to know where the fish are, when they’re there, and what they’re eating. I promise if you spend some time fishing with him you will learn about the species you’re targeting, the environment you’re fishing in, and be a better fisherman afterward. If the fish are even remotely cooperative he’ll give you ample opportunities to get some in the boat! Couldn’t recommend anyone more highly. I’d put him toe to toe against the best with confidence that he’d out fish them. Tight lines!

By far the best fishing charter I’ve been, if you want to really get into the Everglades for some good fishing Captain Paul is your man.
Where do I even begin. Captain Paul from Legacy Charters is Top, Top, Tippy Top Notch! There are really no words to describe our feelings about the Trip. Believe it or not my Wife is Addicted to Fishing and our Trip to Florida had to have as many days of fishing as possible. Everglades was top of my list and a little bit of a compromise. I got to explore the Glades and she got to fish. Win, win right? Well this trip along with my 13 year old son BLEW us all away. We started off in Flamingo Harbor and we covered so much ground stopping in several amazing places. Each stop offered a new perspective of the fragile eco system. Captain Paul taught us about the History and showed us where Ponce De Leon was shot by a Natives arrow and later died in Cuba. We learned about the wildlife and how it strikes a perfect balance if managed correcting. We caught over the slot fish in the Glades! This trip was the perfect blend of History, Exploring and most importantly Fishing. If you are an avid fisherman or a novice explorer you have to call Legacy Charters right now and book your trip. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Your will not regret booking with Paul. I really can not say enough good things about this trip and our experience. Best of the Best! Thank you Paul for an amazing day! We can’t wait to come back and see you.
We had a great time. Caught some nice snook and saw plenty of wildlife. One of the best guided trips we have been on?

We fished with Paul for 2 days and had a great time and caught quite a few fish. Paul offers some very unique fishing experiences that are a must try. We did 1 day deep in the Everglades on a canoe because the weather wasn’t great. We were on tarpon and snook all day and had a very memorable experience. Day 2 we had great weather and explored going offshore a little and it was another great day chasing Permit schools like we never saw before. You won’t find someone work harder and look at the clock less. He knows the Everglades like it’s his own backyard. I highly recommend giving him a try.

Homestead, Florida, Estados Unidos
