We had an absolutely fantastic day fishing with David Paycheck! From the moment we met him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to spend the day with. He clearly knows what he’s doing and made the entire trip enjoyable and relaxed. Best of all—we caught a lot of fish! David put us right where the fish were and kept things moving so we always had lines in the water. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude really made the trip special. I organized a trip for my mom, brother, and nephew while we were in town over the holidays. Given the size of our group and my mom’s mobility needs, David went above and beyond by rigging his pontoon so we could all fish comfortably. I was also stubborn and insisted on fishing artificial only, and David happily accommodated—bringing out his old tournament rods for me to use, including some St. Croix Legends. We all had a great time catching fish, and David was incredibly attentive and helpful with my family, from baiting hooks to casting and landing fish. An excellent experience all around.

Captain Cole took us out. Our group included six young boys, and Captain Cole was geat with them and showed a lot of patience. A a result, all of them caught at least one fish each with a couple of them catching two or three each.

We had a great time fishing with David the other day! He was great with our kids and got us on fish even with the wind kicking up. Everyone caught fish including a handful of chain pickerel and a few nice bass. Highly recommend David for a fun family trip, we took a pontoon out since we had our 6 and 9 year old kids with us, which was the right choice since it gave them room to spread out.
