Captain Porter did a phenomenal job getting us out on the water and getting us a full cooler despite tougher conditions. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to describe exactly how to fish the area and the results speak for themselves. We caught multiple spotted/speckled sea trout with one even being over slot, caught weakfish, caught sand trout, caught multiple black drum with one being around 40”, caught two redfish (18” and 27”). All in all we ended up with a giant big of fish and some great memories. I would highly recomment booking with Captain Porter.
Captain Jayson was awesome! We hit several little hot spots! Caught red fish, trout and even a shark! Highly recommend and we will use Captain Jayson again next time!
My wife & I had a good time this morning. Jayson has excellent knowledge of the area, us very personable, and will work to find you the fish.
We had a great day fishing with Captain Jayson. We really worked hard to get us on some nice fish. Lots of action and some nice fish in the second half of the day. He also took the time to explain fishing technique and spot selection. kids has a great time.
We had a great time fishing with Captain Jayson out of Cedar Key! He was very knowledgeable and made everything easy for us. Captain Jayson was especially great with the kids—he helped my nephew with his casting and was super patient. Even though we got caught in the rain, we still caught fish and had a lot of fun. We’ll definitely be booking with him again on our next trip!
