Absolutely incredible experience with Salty Day Fishing Charters! Captain David never gave up and stayed after it until we found fish. You can tell he truly cares about making sure everyone has a great time and gets the full experience out on the water.
The highlight of the trip was doing the catch and cook on a local island — hands down one of the coolest experiences we’ve ever had. Fresh fish cooked right there, amazing atmosphere, and memories we’ll never forget.
If you’re booking a trip, you should absolutely do the catch and cook option. True five-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Half Day Trip – Scallop (PM) el julio 1, 2025 • 4 adultos
My family and I went scalloping for the first time. We didn't know what to expect but surprisingly it was quite easy. Captain Dave and his dog River were the best crew that we could possibly imagine. You all had a great time and tons of scallops to come home with. Captain Dave knew exactly where to go with the most abundant amount of scallops I was coming up sometimes even with five in my hand and one little location dive. I would highly recommend Captain dave and River for all your outdoor water needs. We're looking to make this a trip that we do every year when we come to Crystal River.
Thank you Captain Dave for the most amazing time for my family. We appreciate everything you did for us, see you next year or hopefully sooner.

Amazing day with captian David Stump

We had an incredible experience with Captain David today. We caught over 40 fish under perfect weather conditions and in a great atmosphere. Not only was the weather ideal, but we also changed to multiple different locations to keep things exciting. We fished, observed sea life, and created unforgettable memories that wouldn’t have been possible without Captain David. We would love to return and fish with him again soon.

Great fishing charter

As a retired sport fishing captain, I have a pretty good idea of what a great fishing charter should be! I can't give Capt Dave enough kudos! We caught plenty of fish, and Capt Dave mm. I would could not have worked any harder. The boat was perfect for the kind of fishing we did. Clean,fast and very fishable. I would highly recommend this Charter boat and captain!

Great trip on the Salty Day fishing charters. Great day fishing, a little rough, but you can't control the weather. Captain was great, caught fish, had a great time with family and everyone caught fish. Alot of jokes and laughs with the family and captain. A enjoyable trip, will be booking with Captain Bob in the future, 5 stars all around.
