Big O's Fishing Charters 

I’ve been on many charters and this is by far the greatesr experience ive wver had on a charter boat. As soon as we got to the boat we struck up conversation and it quickly felt like we had known Capt O and first mate Chris for a long time due to how at home they made you feel. And it wasn’t long after the action begun and we were on fish the whole time. It was nonstop action and the goal then from Capt O was to keep catching bigger fish not just the same size over and over again. Thus allowing me to catch the largest ocean fish to date for myself. If you’ve been scrolling looking for a charter stop here because you won’t find a better one anywhere! We will be back for sure!!

Had a great time out on the water with my wife and daughter! Neither of them are experienced anglers, but they both had a blast. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and shared some great stories about the local history along the way. We enjoyed beautiful views of the North Myrtle Beach skyline as well as the surrounding protected natural areas. The fishing was fun too—we caught a bonnethead shark while bottom fishing and several Spanish mackerel while trolling. More than anything, it was a great day making memories together as a family. That’s what it’s all about.

What a great trip Big Os provided us! the boat was very nice and up to date he had all the safety equipment you could have. Clean bathroom on the boat with plenty of room. The Captain and first mate were very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable when it came to fishing definitely an experienced crew worth every penny. We caught fish and even at one point all four of us had a fish on the line! i give them a 5 star review because they deserve it not because we caught a bunch of fish because the boat was very nice and they Captain and first mate were awsome! the catching fish was just a plus haha we will be booking again in the future!

Great experience shark fishing, kids loved it and caught a Sharpnose shark. Adults had a great time and everyone was able to catch sharks ( two sharpnose, a hammerhead, and a good size black tip). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun time weather with kids or a group of adults. Captain Orlando and his first mate had great stories and a wealth of knowledge. Will definitely book with them again on our next trip!

Captain O and Chris great. We explained what our goals for the trip were, and they made it happen. Captain O knows the waters well and knew exactly where to put us. We caught a great haul of Spanish Mackerel and then transitioned to shark fishing, getting one good sized Atlantic Sharpnose. Chris took the time to filet everything well.

Big O and and Chris found us fish! My son and I have been fishing for a long time. We rolled the dice on FishingBooker since we have never been to the Myrtle area. After a couple hours we thought it was going to be a slow day. Big O is knowledgeable, communicated with other boats, and worked hard to get us on the bite! We caught 20 Bonita in our 6hr trip. Patience and persistence won the day for us. We will definitely book with Big O the next time we’re in town.

We did the Big Shark trip. Big O and Chris were friendly and knowledgable. Great conversations and shared some stories but most importantly, we caught fish. The boat was large with plenty of room and it had a restroom. Great experience!

Caught 22 Bonito. one keeper Black l Sea Bass (had to release several) and one Spanish Mackerel. Nearly 10 gallons of filets. Very knowledgable captain and mate. Good stories and sense of humor.

Captin Orlando and Chris were awesome. My 11 year old daughter wanted to catch shark and they were able to let her experience that. Our next charter will be with Captin O.

Had a great time out on a 10hr trip. Big O and Chris were a great crew. Did everything they could to put us on fish on the bottom and trolling. Fishined with a great catch.
