Si vas a lanzar el sedal en los Cayos de Florida, no busques más que Type 1 Sportfishing. Con muchas horas navegando estas mareas, el Capitán Pete está listo para llevarte donde están los peces.
Estas aguas son conocidas por el Atún, el Dorado Mahi Mahi, el Mero negro, el Pargo criollo, el Pargo cola amarilla, el Pez espada y mucho más – con un poco de suerte, no pasará mucho tiempo antes de escuchar "¡Pez en el anzuelo!" En estas excursiones, es habitual pescar al curricán y hacer pesca de fondo con equipo ligero o equipo pesado.
Subirás a bordo de un Contender de 39' de consola central con espacio para 6 pasajeros. Cuenta con Seakeeper, tangones y todos los elementos esenciales que ninguna embarcación de pesca puede dejar de tener. Hay un baño a bordo para tu comodidad.
El Capt. Pete tiene cañas y carretes para ti. Se ofrece carnada viva, pero es bueno preguntar al respecto para saber si la capturarás tú mismo.
Habrá un Primer Oficial a bordo para ayudar a que tu excursión transcurra sin contratiempos. Los marineros trabajan duro para que tu salida valga la pena, por lo que una propina del 15-20% es lo habitual.
¡No es necesario comprar una licencia de pesca, así que puedes llegar directamente y subir a bordo sin ningún inconveniente! Algunos peces tienen regulaciones especiales, incluyendo cuándo puedes quedártelos. Si no sabes qué esperar, pregúntale al capitán.
No olvides traer agua embotellada, protector solar (en crema, no en spray) y gafas de sol. Habrá bebidas disponibles para ti. Se permite el alcohol con moderación, solo evita los licores fuertes y las botellas de vidrio.

When booking the reservation capitain Pete marked off 3 days during thanksgiving break mind you for us to go and fish in the case of bad weather. Then because of wind conditions moved our time in the day earlier. So booking is not a problem and they will make sure you have an amazing time out on the water no matter the conditions. When we got out onto the water our group asked a lot of questions which were always met with genuine passion and interest. I have done many characters in the past and when you have a crew with the passion that ours did it makes the experience 10x better. After 15 minutes of getting to the spot we hooked and landed a swordfish. Unfortunately Capitan Pete hurt himself but instead of ending the trip pushed through and continued to provide an amazing experience. We went on to catch a handful of mahi mahi and overall had an amazing time on the water. If you want not only to catch fish but also to really learn and have a great time on the water, this charter is for you. Thank you so much Capitan Pete and mate syl y'all were amazing company and amazing guides and I'm already thinking about my next fishing trip with this amazing crew!!

Started on wrecks boated a nice King right away then brought in a grouper who lived to fight another day by an inch.. We went offshore and ran in to 2 separate e big schools of Mahi The boat is immaculate and moves .... Great day

2 anglers from Minnesota took a 4 hour charter with Captain Pete. Rods, reels, tackle, fresh live bait and boat were all amazing. We caught multiple species of fish all throughout our trip. Captain Pete was a pleasure to go fishing with. Thank you Type 1 Sportfishing!
Captain Pete was great and his boat was imaculate. The day was windy, but we found some smooth water on the golf side. We caught more fish than we expected during our four hour excursion. Not all of them were keepers, but we were able to catch and keep plenty to feed our family for a couple meals. We’d recommend castaways if you want to eat what you catch on marathon. it was a great experience.
Amazing fishing trip! We had an incredible time, and the captain was absolutely the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
