Si estás listo para comenzar a pescar en las aguas frente a San Juan, Carolina y Loiza, te tenemos cubierto con Extreme Fishing Puerto Rico. Con el Capitán Juan Carlos Torruella al timón, tendrás un guía experimentado y conocedor con más de 40 años pescando en las aguas de Puerto Rico. En 2013, el Capitán Juan fue votado en la revista Salt Water Sportsman como uno de los 50 mejores capitanes de chárter en el mundo.

En aguas interiores, se enfoca en Sábalos y Róbalos en las lagunas La Torrecilla y San José.
En los arrecifes, busca Pez Sierra, Caballa, Pargos, Barracuda y Jurel.
En alta mar, va tras Marlin Azul y Blanco, Pez Vela, Dorado, Peto y Atún.

Durante los viajes podrás pescar con carnada viva, carnada muerta, pesca con carrete de spinning, curricán, jigging, pesca de fondo, o quizás algo más especializado en esta área. El Capitán Juan Carlos también ofrece viajes de pesca con mosca y tiene todo el equipo de pesca con mosca necesario para sus clientes.

El Capitán Juan Carlos cree en enseñar a los niños a pescar desde pequeños, ¡así que adelante y trae a toda la familia! Si no tienes un chaleco salvavidas para niños, el Capitán Juan los tiene para ti. Además, recuerda traer aperitivos para que nadie se ponga de mal humor con el estómago vacío.

Tu embarcación para el día, para pesca en arrecifes o alta mar, es un catamarán TwinVee de 26' con consola central con espacio para hasta 3 pasajeros. Tiene outriggers, downriggers y todo lo demás que necesitas para un día productivo en el agua. Además, esta embarcación es accesible para sillas de ruedas. Toda la carnada y equipo están incluidos. Tu embarcación para la pesca de sábalo es un catamarán Twin Vee de 20' con consola central.

Tu licencia de pesca para el día está cubierta por Extreme Fishing PR.

Algunos elementos esenciales para traer son gafas de sol y protector solar (no en aerosol). Agua y refrescos están incluidos. Se permite alcohol con moderación, solo evita licores fuertes y botellas de vidrio.

Wanted big fish, and got big fish.

Surprised my husband with this one.  We have a boat and fish often but live nowhere close to the ocean.  I told Captain Michael exactly what i was wanting.  I was looking for size not quantity. It started off a little slow but thats fishing.   Captain Michael was doing his best.  Then it happened you hear the screaming of the drag.  I told my husband to go first knowing we was not going to catch alot.  He hooked into a nice fish barracuda, about 4ft.  Then we lost a few.  Then it was my time.  We had seen a tuna jump and Captain Micheal did what he does. He put us on the spot and the next thing we know drag is screaming.   I was up.  This fish put up a fight.  At one point I thought I wasnt going to have the strength to get him in.  My arm was tired and weak.  Captain Michael kept telling me I had it.  He never touch or tried to take my pole.  I paid for this fight and he was going to make sure I got it.  I ended up with a 35 pd Tuna that looks bigger than me in pictures.  Biggest fish of my life, so far.  Had a great time out fished my husband again lol and have some great memories.   Lifes short do the trip.

4 Hour Trip – Reef Fishing (AM) el mayo 27, 2026 • 2 adultos

We caught a huge Barracuda and a Tarpin, cross off a couple of bucket list catches.  Juan Carlos was as skilled as they come and takes care of you!  Also mindful of weather and your safety!!! Anybody would love this experience.  Weather changes on a dime in Peurto Rico but it paid to stick with a captain who cares about you.

Had a wonderful experience with Captain Juan. The fish out on the reef were biting well and had several on. Unfortunately had to leave due to a family member getting ill. The seas were a little rough and the Captain knows how to operate a boat! Definitely felt safe in his hands. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

This was such a fun day!! We caught fish almost immediately. We even hooked onto a shark that took all my strength and my husband had to finish it for me. Captain Juan Carlos is simply the best!! He has great communication, very knowledgeable about fishing and the island, and was super encouraging. He fillet some of the fish we caught when we got back, it’s gonna make some yummy ceviche! Thank you!

Capt. was very educated on the waters. we didnt catch much but it was a bad time lf year and thats just how fishing goes sometimes! Very nice guy and easy to talk to. would definitely recommend!
