Borderline Adventures ofrece excursiones para llevar a tu grupo al agua y descubrir lo que hace que los pescadores vuelvan por más. ¡Con el Capitán Rob al timón, tendrás un guía experimentado, amigable y conocedor que te mantendrá seguro en el agua!
Pescar en estas aguas te ofrece la oportunidad de capturar Trucha Lacustre, Trucha Marrón y Arcoíris (Steelhead), Lucioperca, Salmón Chinook (Rey), Salmón Coho, y más si colocas tus líneas en la época adecuada del año. Dependiendo de las especies que busques, te encontrarás curricaneando equipos desde justo debajo de la superficie hasta más de 200 pies de profundidad, o algo más especializado según lo que desee tu grupo.
Las excursiones con Borderline Adventures están abiertas para toda la familia, ¡así que haz de esto un día familiar! Estamos completamente equipados con chalecos salvavidas aprobados por la Guardia Costera para 6 pasajeros (seis adultos y/o tres niños).
*Los niños deben llevar chaleco salvavidas en todo momento; ¡así que por favor traigan uno cómodo para ellos!*
El Capitán Rob maneja una embarcación deportiva Trojan de 30 pies con espacio confortable para 4 pasajeros en cubierta y más abajo en los camarotes. ¡Hay un baño a bordo para tu comodidad!
Encontrarás downriggers, equipos de planeadores, cañas, carretes, señuelos y aparejos ya preparados esperando a tu equipo. ¡También se utilizará cebo vivo o cortado durante ciertos momentos!
Las excursiones se realizan con la ayuda de un Contramaestre. Es costumbre dar una propina al Contramaestre del 10-20% para mostrar tu agradecimiento.
Necesitarás obtener una licencia de pesca estatal antes de la excursión. Esta información generalmente está disponible en línea. Pregunta al capitán si necesitas la de MN o WI antes de la fecha de tu viaje. El Lago Superior es un cuerpo de agua regulado que requiere una copia EN PAPEL de la licencia, así que por favor tenla contigo.
Buen equipo para traer:
Licencias, agua, aperitivos, gafas de sol, protector solar, ropa en capas. Habrá algunos elementos esenciales a bordo, ¡pero siempre es mejor traer los tuyos!
Se permite alcohol con moderación, solo asegúrate de evitar botellas de vidrio.

We had a great trip me my wife and son was on a road trip so we booked it last minute. Captain Rob was great to go with we stayed in the harbor because there was big waves out on the lake. Captain Rob also knew a lot of history and very knowledgeable about all the surroundings which made it much more enjoyable out on the boat. I would highly recommend anybody wanting to go on lake superior go with borderline adventures. thanks again to Captain Rob for also letting our son pick out lures that he would want to use casting lines and making some decisions. I would recommend anybody taking their kids.

I surprised my husband for our 30th anniversary with an afternoon fishing trip with Captain Rob and his Dad. We had the best time out on the water and this gift will be hard to top for future anniversaries! With Captain Rob's professionalism and expertise, we caught 2 beautiful Lake Trout and experienced the most beautiful and colorful sunset I have ever seen. He also gave us great tips on how to catch salmon on the MN north shores for once we were back on shore. His first mate (his Dad), was so nice and was concerned the whole trip on our comfort and wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. They are both so kind and really made this trip our best experience ever! I recommend Borderline Adventures to anyone in the area and we will definitely book another trip if we are ever anywhere near there again.

Captain Rob and his dad took my girlfriend and I out on their boat to troll for lake trout. Before going on the trip, he was very communicative and answered all of our questions. When we arrived, he was super excited and took us out on the water. He shared his knowledge with us and what we were fishing for and how we were fishing rather than just saying "wait for a fish" after setting up the lines. We caught three good size lake trout and lost another fish close to the boat. He provided plenty of snacks, water, and anything else we needed to have a good time. It was great talking with him as well. Some guides aren't very personable or nice, but that was not the case here! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Our oldest son wanted to go fishing for his 13th birthday. Our experience exceed our expectations in SO many ways! The Captain and first mate were incredible. They taught our kids so much about fishing, were beyond patient with the 1000 questions they asked, made the trip enjoyable and honestly - we will 100% be back. The boat was super clean and provided everything we needed and then some! They made our fishing trip so enjoyable. Highly recommend booking with them.
