Dependiendo de la temporada, podrías capturar Redfish, Spadefish, Speckled Trout, Cobia, tiburones, Sheepshead, carita atlántica (Kingfish), mero gag, platija, corvina negra, sábalo, medregal, ¡y quién sabe qué más! En estas salidas, es común usar flotadores, señuelos artificiales y pescar de fondo usando aparejo ligero o pesado.
Los niños son bienvenidos, ¡así que toda la familia puede venir y desconectarse por el día! Si no tienes un chaleco salvavidas de tamaño infantil propio, tenemos varios a bordo. La comida y los snacks no están incluidos. Tendremos hielo y abundante agua embotellada.
Tu aventura comienza a bordo de The Finnatic, una consola central Sea Fox de 24' que puede llevar hasta 6 pasajeros. Viene equipada con tangones, y todo lo esencial. Tu capitán proporcionará cañas y carretes, junto con señuelos. La carnada viva es casi siempre la opción número uno. En algunas salidas ya la tendremos en el vivero cuando subas al Finnatic. En otras salidas estaremos capturando la carnada antes de pescar.
A veces habrá un primer oficial a bordo para ayudar a que tu salida se desarrolle sin problemas. Los oficiales trabajan duro para que tu viaje sea exitoso, así que una propina del 20% es costumbre.
No hay necesidad de comprar una licencia de pesca, ¡solo preséntate listo para pescar! Algunos peces tienen regulaciones especiales, incluyendo cuándo puedes quedártelos. Si no sabes qué esperar, pregúntale al capitán.
No olvides traer protector solar (no en aerosol) y gafas de sol. El alcohol está permitido con moderación, solo asegúrate de evitar licores fuertes así como botellas de vidrio.

Captain Art is the real deal. We do a couple of charters a year and have had plenty of hit-or-miss experiences with other guides, but Art nails it every single time — the reels were zinging all day long! What sets him apart is his deep local knowledge. He grew up here and knows the rivers and offshore spots better than anyone, and he’s incredibly generous with tips and tricks. His love for the water really shows. He was also great with our kids — patient, fun, and made sure everyone stayed engaged. One of our favorite parts of the trip was hearing about his work in ocean conservation. He tags fish and works with DNR and other agencies to help protect our local ecosystem, which made it clear he genuinely cares about these waters beyond just putting fish in the boat. We’ll absolutely be booking with Captain Art again. Highly recommend if you want a guide who actually delivers.

My in-laws and I went out with Capt. Art and had a great time. We did not go out the 30 miles originally planned due to weather however that was very clearly communicated the day before and everyone in the group understood this. We caught a red, sharks, and had great - long fights with an eagle ray and a massive tarpon. Capt. Art had the perfect combo of gear to catch anything that bit our live bait. The Capt. was a great man, professional but still able to be humorous. You could see him shift into a different gear with a fish on, even he was excited that we were catching fish. That excitement comes out in how he teaches as well. He is very knowledgeable and even if you are a (semi)experienced angler or a newbie, Capt. Art is the Capt. you want to take out!
we had a blast out on the water catching quite a few different species. everybody that came was left beyond satisfied. it was easy for the first timers that came with to understand how to fish. I would recommend this to everyone.

I've been on numerous trips in different countries and this was one of my favorite trips. Captain Art was very knowledgeable and was really good with kids. We caught so many fish and had a great time. I'm going to recommend him on my future business and personal trips.
