With water temps steadily coming down we are transitioning into my favorite time of year for inshore fishing. Big schools of redfish have been around most of our shallow water grass flats and are an absolute blast once you find the school. Snook and trout fishing continues to improve as well along the deeper troughs and edges. Now is the time to book a trip if you are looking to get in on some fantastic inshore fishing. Using live bait and light tackle you are sure to create a lifelong memory while chasing down an inshore slam with me along the intercoastal of Clearwater.

With water temps continuing to rise and prime lunar tides the fishing has been nothing short of epic! Targeting BIG redfish snook and trout along the shallow grass flats and islands has been keeping rods bent and drags screaming. The snook fishing along the beaches will continue to get better jnto summer time and with big schools of redfish startung to show up it’s looking like it will only get better!

One of my favorite times of year for inshore fishing is fast approaching! These fish are finally breaking out of their winter-time patterns with rising water and air temps. We are already seeing big snook along our crystal clear beaches and schools of hungry redfish roaming the flats along the intercoastal. Big tripletail are still a nice surprise and can be found along the stone crab buoys off the beach. If you are looking to target big redfish and snook now is the time to get out!

October fishing is on fire!

This is my favorite time of the year to fish our local waters. With water temps continuously creeping down into the 70s the fish are active and moving! Our fall kingfish and spanish mackeral migration has just started kicking off and is already in full swing. Inshore we are still catching lots of redfish in the shallows using live pilchards and cut baits around the intercoastal islands. Book a trip and see why I love what I do so much!

Seems like were finally getting into that spring/summer pattern with lots of rain, more and more bait around, and lots of hungry fish both inshore and offshore. As water temperatures continue to rise, fish continue to move into summertime patterns. Seeing more big breeder snook on the beaches providing some sight fishing opportunities as well as big redfish schooling up on the flats, if your lucky enough to find the hungry ones with me your in for a serious treat youll never forget! Few weeks ago I got on some of the first migratory kingfish of the season which was a circus of semi-controlled chaos with fish eating right behind the motor and making blistering fast runs. Generally I can accomodate to almost anybodys goals/needs so book a trip and come see what this is all about. Book a memory with me today!

Spectacular march fishing.

Spring has sprung! Water temps are continuing to rise, we have beutiful weather on the forecast and the fish are biting! As the water gets warmer I am seeing more and more bait both inshore and offshore meaning our migratory kingfish and spanish macks will be just around the corner. Still seeing lots of tripletail a few miles off the beach on the crab buoys which make awesome sight fishing. Inshore fishing has also been continuing to get hotter with lots of big seatrout showing up eating artificial and live bait, and ample opportunities at trophy redfish and snook, if you can make your shot count at one youll be rewarded! Sheepshead fishing inshore has also been spectacular for those trying to fill the cooler with delicious fillets. Happy to see lots of big sharks roaming the flats recently too which is a great sign and makes for an incredible trip that you will remember for the rest of your life. Fishing will only get better as it warms up so be sure to lock in a prime date while you can and come see what its all about! (This time of year fishing can get
difficult in the afternoons on the weekend. A morning weekend trip would be better if your focused on fishing so we can beat and avoid all the boat traffic and jet skis)
