Capt. Jason runs trips out of Little Elm aboard a 24' Bayliner. These waters are known for White Bass and Catfish and he will show you how to catch them, whether you're bottom fishing or trolling. With great knowledge of the area, he has a trick or two up his sleeve, and the only way to learn is to join him out on the water!

    Best local fishing trip!!

Excursión de Medio Día - Tarde4 adultos

Had an absolutely fantastic time on this local fishing trip! Everything was well organized, relaxing, and a lot of fun from start to finish. The fishing was great, the scenery was beautiful, and the whole experience felt like the perfect escape from the everyday routine. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great time, whether we were experienced anglers or just enjoying the day. The atmosphere was laid-back, the equipment was well taken care of, and the trip was worth every minute. I’d definitely recommend this fishing trip to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, affordable, and memorable experience close to home. I’ll absolutely be going again!

    channel cat

Excursión de Pesca Nocturna de 5 Horas2 adultos

Was a great time catching channel cat. He put us right on the channel cats. Evan snagged my 1st buffalo carp and it was about 8lbs. Blues weren't biting, but wasn't due to lack of effort. Good trip for all ages, inexperienced or experienced. If fishing late, don't wear a light colored shirt, the blue light reflects off your shirt and the bugs use you as a light.

Get Ready To Catch Some Fish !!

Excursión de Medio Día - Mañana2 adultos

Our Captain arrived right on-time and took us to a sweet spot right away. We were catching fish left and he took care of everything, from removing the fish to reloading bait on our rods. After a spot slowed down we hit a couple more that didn’t disappoint. Jason is a great guide who is attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back for our next outing.

The Action is Really Heating Up

abr 21, 2025 • Little Elm
We have been catching good numbers of eater sized catfish on all of our recent trips. The fishing is only going to get better over the next few months.

Catfishing Has Been Consistent Lately

abr 8, 2025 • Little Elm
We spent the first two hours of today's trip doing more searching than fishing. At the two hour mark, we only had 1 fish to show for our efforts. I was finally able to find a school of fish that wanted to play, and it was game on. We had to cull through a lot of smaller fish to get our share of eaters. We put 30 in the cooler and probably tossed back just as many. Once we were on them, they were loving that Guide's Choice Punch Bait and the Bobo's Thumper kept them there with us for the last two hours. We have been catching more blues than channels lately.

March 10th - The Fishing is Improving w

mar 10, 2025 • Little Elm
Today, I had a full day on the water with a morning and afternoon group. Both trips started an finished a little slow. But the time in between was a blast. Each group had two anglers and put some decent eaters in the cooler. The afternoon was slightly better, but it was not by much. The bites were significantly lighter in the afternoon, but switching over to the ultralight tackle really helped. We stuck with the Guide's Choice Punch Bait and stayed in the same spot for both trips. It took a little patience at times but at other times the bite was on fire. The Bobo's Thumper kept them under us all day. Even the smallmouth buffalo seem to like it. We ended up boating 2 on the first trip. The first one was about 8 pounds and gave the kid the a fight to remember. My first group saw the Guides Choice Punch Bait in action and had to buy a quart to go fishing from the bank later today. The fillet bags are getting bigger each trip and we are getting into may favorite time of year to fish. Now through the end of the year should be getting more consistent and faced paced.

March 2nd Fishing Report

mar 2, 2025 • Little Elm
Today, I had Joseph and his friend out for a morning trip. I decided to go a little shallower than where we have been fishing in recent days. We went with the Guide's Choice Punch Bait and the morning got off to a slow start but with some thumping from the Bobo's Thumper and a little patience we managed to get a good bite going which lasted for a couple of hours. We decided to switch it up at the end of the trip and do a little drifting in the creek . The wind made things difficult but we manage to get a decent cooler of fish.

February 27th Fishing Report

feb 27, 2025 • Little Elm
Today, I had Don and his family out for a four hour morning trip. It took a little while but we found the bait and the fish. The bait was so thick that my sonar thought we were in 20 feet of water when we were in 50. I don't know that I have ever seen the bait so thick in such large area. The fishing was a battle though. We had to constantly keep moving around the edges of the bait to find the hungry ones. Then they would move on and so would we. We ended up with a mixed bag of catfish and white bass. Slabs and Guide's Choice Punch Bait worked equally well today.

Trophy Catfishing is Here

ene 7, 2025 • Little Elm
We have recently been splitting a lot of our 4 hours trips between fast action channel cat fishing and drifting for those trophy fish. With the recent cold front coming through, now is prime time to go in search of that one fish that can make your trip really special. We haven't landed a monster yet this season, but we have been regularly catching 6+ pound fish. The fish will only get bigger as the water temperature drops. I haven't found those white bass and hybrids schooling up yet to do some deadsticking, but that is right around the corner as well.
