Cody and his sons Dillion and Elliot had a morning to remember fishing salmon on Lake Ontario. The day started with a double header of mature chinooks and we continued to pick away at them all morning long. We saved the best for last as our final fish of the morning wheighed in at just over 25lbs. A great morning creating memories that will last a lifetime.

The salmon fishing has been pretty consistent with good numbers of fish being landed each trip.

It's been a great season so far with kids catching some beautiful fish being the highlight. It's never too early to introduce kids to the sport of fishing. It teaches then so many things. Patience, respect for the outdoors, and so much more. I love answering all their questions and the smiles on their faces after landing a fish.
