The Striper fishing has been fantastic during this first half of June. Keeper bass (28 to 31 inches) are being caught on most trips. And there are a lot of big bass in the mix. On charters this week, fish 44 and 45 inches were caught. On a trip today, the lucky fisherman caught a 47 inch striped bass!

As of August 4, fishing remains strong. On a charter on August 2, a father and son each caught a 39 inch striper, plus smaller fish, including a keeper bass to bring home. Bass over 40 inches are being caught on many trips, and keeper bass caught on most every trip.
