Caught 33 bass all over three lbs , two in the 5 lb range one in the 6 lb range and a giant over 10. Val knows her stuff and will put you on fish.
Just so many great things to say, but to sum it up simply, wow.. From the moment you walk on to captain Valerie’s boat you know you are going to catch some big bass. She immediately put us on multiple 4 pounders. She knows every inch of the lake, and it shows. We came with the hope of catching a trophy bass, and before we were done my son pulled in an 8.5 pound lunker. What an absolute rush! Truly a memory he will keep for the rest of his life. If you want the best “big bass Becky” is who you should book with. The best guide, the best boat, the best spots, the best fish. We couldn’t be happier, and we will be back.
Valarie put us on an absolutely incredible day out on Headwaters Lake! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and just plain fun. Her knowledge of the lake and ability to find fish was seriously impressive—we were on bass all day long. We ended up catching 74 fish, which is just unreal. The action never really slowed down, and Valarie kept us dialed in with the right spots, techniques, and tips. She was patient, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what she does, which made the whole experience even better. We had an absolute amazing day with Captain Val! She is very knowledgeable she is definitely on top of her game! She put us on the fish all day. We had 22 on the boat by 9 oclock 50 in total. Booked a half day AM trip for Father’s Day weekend and we are glad we did. Captain Valerie is extremely knowledgeable and has some great spots. Put us on just under 50 fish (48 to be exact). We even got out a little bit earlier than planned to beat the heat and get some better fishing in. Thank you again for a great weekend happy to add another trophy to the growing list!
