His communication was great, he never left us with any questions and provided great tips to us a head of the trip. He even followed up with us the day before the trip just to make sure we did not have any more questions and had all the information necessary. 5 stars for Captain Ted and Penrod and Reels Charters! We will definitly book with him again.
