Our Boys Are Already Asking to Fish with Mario Again!
This was our family’s first-ever charter fishing experience, and Mario completely exceeded every expectation we had. He definitely raised the bar for any future charter we book. We were looking for a fun, family-friendly fishing trip, and he absolutely delivered. Mario worked hard to keep us on fish all day and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and our boys connected with him right away. Mario took care of everything behind the scenes—from baiting hooks and safely handling the fish to teaching us along the way—so all we had to do was enjoy the excitement of reeling them in. It made for such a fun, stress-free experience for our whole family. We chose to do catch and release, and what a day it was! These photos are just a few of the fish we caught. We landed 15+ redfish (we honestly lost count after 15), plus a catfish and even a tilapia. It was an incredibly successful day on the water! His boat was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of shade, which made a huge difference on a hot Texas day. We never felt rushed and were able to relax, laugh, and simply enjoy the experience. We left with incredible memories, our phones full of photos and videos, and a family already talking about our next trip. The biggest compliment we can give is this: before we even made it home, both of our boys said that every time we come to San Antonio, they want to go fishing with Mario. That’s about as good of a review as you can get.
