Had the best day caught a few but were under sized .... Skipper Blake tried his hardest to get us some .. Overall great fun and would diffinally go with him again
Awesome day. Just our family, 6 adults with Blake at the helm. Blake has over 500 fishing sites in his GPS and he only needed to rely on 5 to bag us more than we thought we would land. On return to Marina Blake filleted and bagged our dinner which was eaten with the assistance of a couple of beers and bottles of wine later that evening. We chose this boat so we could have it to ourselves at an affordable price. We saw only 1 other boat in our fishing zones so that should give you an idea of how many larger commercial operators know of Blake’s secret spots. Highly recommend to those who want to get out for a great day of fishing with a very experienced skipper and fisherman. Blake provided all the gear and secret bait. Boat not the pride of the Port Douglas fleet but that is another reason we chose it. We went out about 30 miles , 1 metre choppy and no one got sick. Too distracting hauling in the catch and laughing!
Our trip was delayed by a day as Blake suggested the weather and sea conditions would be better and boy was he right. We had a great day out on the water, caught some great fish including a really nice Spanish Mack. We only got one under sized coral trout, which was out target species, but couldn't blame Blake for that. Blake went out of his way to ensure we had a great day - well done Blake.
After a cracker of a day in January, Captain Blake on Aquis followed up with another great day of fishing today!! Whilst the weather wasn’t the best, Blake still found number of top spots where we hooked up some awesome fish. Highly recommend Aquis. Thanks for another great day Captain Blake!!
We had an awesome experience with Blake during this half day tour. Plenty of decent size fish were caught and filleted - which were cooked up and ate that afternoon! Blake was accommodating, knowledgeable and a professional captain. Would definitely recommend.
Had a great day of fishing on Aquis. Great boat, heaps of equipment and Skipper Blake made sure we had our lines in the water all day. He took us to various spots and we hooked up some great fish. Highly recommend!!
