We had an absolutely amazing fishing trip on Lake Erie with Captain Gary and 1st Mate Dale! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. The fishing was incredible, we caught a lot of big walleye and had an awesome time out on the water. Captain Gary really knows Lake Erie and put us on the fish, while Dale did a great job keeping everything organized and making sure we had everything we needed. We had an amazing time on our fishing charter. We brought our two kids (10 and 13), and they had such a fun time! The 4-hour trip was perfect, and trolling with lures kept things exciting—we caught over 20 walleye. Gary and Dale were so kind and always let us know when it was time to reel in a fish. We followed them back to camp where they cleaned and bagged our fish, which was awesome. This was a great family-friendly experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and successful day on Lake Erie. Be prepared to take home a ton of fish!!

Captain Gary and his first mate were great! He knew where the fish were and they provided the best experience for our family. We were up front that we weren’t seasoned fishermen and they did all they could to make sure we had a great time. The walleye were hitting and we hit our limit! It’s great that they take you back and filet all the fish for you and trim them so it’s just ready to cook when you get home. We even met lucky dog and he’s the best! We will be back!

We did the walleye fishing trip again this summer because we had such a great experience last year, and because walleye is delicious. Well, we caught more this year (32!!!!) plus several sheepshead we threw back in. Another exceptional fishing trip! We will go back next July for sure.u

We brought teo 8 year olds ho for their forst charter. its was early season, so the captain tried every trick he knew, every spot, and even stayed out extra time just to make sure both younger boys caught fish of a lifetime! i cant wait to book my next trip with Lucky Dog Charters💯💪🏽💪🏽

The Captain (Gary) and crew (Dale) were both knowledgeable and engaging. We fished a heavy fog and the equiptment on board including the radar made the trip feel very safe. We got into fish right away and were able to take home plenty of fish and stories!
