We had an amazing time deep sea fishing with Chances R Charters! Our group of 10 had such a fun and memorable experience. The crew was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time, whether it was helping with fishing, answering questions, or making the trip enjoyable for everyone. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have a successful and fun day on the water. What an incredible fishing trip! We had a group of 12 people and had an absolute blast from start to finish. The captain knew exactly where to take us, and the fishing was outstanding. We caught 42 fish total, including red snapper, grouper, and b-liners! A special shoutout to Christian, the deckhand, who was absolutely amazing. He worked nonstop helping our large group, baiting hooks, untangling lines, preparing fish, and making sure everyone had a great experience. We kept him busy all day, and he never missed a beat. His hard work and positive attitude made the trip even more enjoyable. The boat was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with an air-conditioned cabin, bathroom, and bunks, which made the day even more enjoyable. Everything about this charter exceeded our expectations. We made great memories, caught a ton of fish, and had an amazing time. We highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a fun and successful fishing trip. We will definitely be back next year!

Water was rough and we were warned!! We made the most with what we had a took it and ran with it! I have a two year old boy so excited to go back!! Our crew was awesome! It was definitely fun for the whole family! This trip is good for all ages! Plenty of cabin space for littles! Our 10 month old slept almost the entire time!! We cant wait to come back!

Captain Brookins and First Mate Christian delivered a trip that went far beyond a standard charter, they created a memory my family will be talking about for years. Despite the waters being a bit rocky, Christian never missed a beat. He kept the atmosphere upbeat, checked on everyone constantly, and made sure my dad’s early birthday trip felt special from the moment we stepped on board. His mix of professionalism, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience feel personal and effortless. Captain Brookins ran the boat with total confidence. You can tell immediately that he knows these waters inside and out. He put us right on the fish, adjusted quickly to the conditions, and made safety feel natural rather than restrictive. His calm leadership set the tone for the whole trip. What stood out most was how team‑oriented the two of them were. They worked seamlessly together, joking with us, teaching us, celebrating every catch, and it created an energy that made even the rougher moments fun. Had a great time. Our first mate Christian was fantastic…he baited our lines for us and patiently taught us what to do. A couple of things to know however. We weren’t aware that for our six hour tour, we would be traveling two hours out and two hours back, leaving only two hours for actual fishing. Further, we took the afternoon tour that was scheduled for 11:30 am. The boat got back from its morning tour at at 11:30 sharp, but by the time it got ready for our tour, it was nearly 11:50, and we returned by 5:30pm sharp, so we lost nearly 20 minutes. Our group of six caught 17 fish, only three of which had any significant size. We lost many fish to sharks, and hooked six sharks, of which we landed none. It looked like the early boat caught a lot more than us. Definitely a factor for how we’ll do it next time. Had lots of fun, but it was quite pricey…it cost us $1650 for six people, and an additional (well deserved) 20% tip for Christian.
