Fishing with Capt. Ray

Captain Doug ran an Alaska salmon fishing trip that produced 2 king salmon for the boat. Our trips are scheduled for 5 hours or until limits are reached, whichever comes first, and catching fish is never guaranteed—because, as much as we would like to, we do not control the salmon.

The morning started under a thick blanket of fog, but the bite came together and made for a memorable charter. With steady fishing and great teamwork, Captain Doug’s clients brought 2 king salmon to the boat.

Captain Jeremy had a productive day on the Knik River, putting guests on a few bright king salmon during today’s trip. The bite was steady enough to keep the rods moving, and the crew made the most of each opportunity when the fish came through.
