The mangrove snapper bite today was insane!!!! We caught our limit of all big ones and also threw back another 20 plus limits. Some giant sheepshead and grunts. Few dates open in March but almost full!!!

The nearshore bottom fishing has been incredible for hogfish, mangrove, snapper and grunts! Limits of hogfish have not been uncommon on the all day trips. Lots of big throwback grouper as well.

Had a mangrove snapper smash fest in Tampa bay yesterday with 5 limits of good ones. We threw back 4 times what we kept. Had some throw back grouper and flounder as well!!!
