We started out trying to stay out of the wind but the only thing hiding from it with us was smaller fish. So after moving 4 times we found the bigger fish.

Had to fight the wind today 30-35 mph gusts but we put together a good box of fish. Lake still trying to level out water temperature in mid 60’s

As the lake continues to come down and water temperatures rise due to the summer heat the fish have gone into their summer patterns. With this Louie’s Lures Guide Service has been right with them. We never left the lake for greener pastures during the flooding and by doing that we’re having a great time putting our customers on the bigger fish. June and July have always been our big fish mouths we lost part of June due to water levels but it’s right where it needs to be now come join the action. While it’s still nice and before it gets to hot.
