Two of us went out with Jason for a morning excursion. We fished a unique shore fishing method in the morning I had never done and switched later to a different area and fished a reef. We caught multiple species of fish. Jason’s knowledge of fishing and the area kept things rolling when the action wasn’t as hot.
While we did not catch any fish, we have a great time! Jason was very patient with our lack of fishing experience and was really helpfull with our 10 year old grandson. This was a trip i would really recomend to anybody looking to spend some quality time while in Kauai!
I spent the morning fishing with Jason. Great guide, very experienced & knowledgeable, great equipment & we fished in a great location. The only reason the overall rating wasn’t higher was due to the uncooperative fish that forgot to show up. This was my second outing with Jason & would certainly recommend his trips to anyone that wants to experience shoreline & reef fishing. Just remember it’s called fishing which doesn’t necessarily mean catching. Thanks for a good day Jason! Looking forward to a return trip to the area!
We booked a 6 hour tour a few months in advance. Reservation process was smooth with good communication. We were given fair warning the seas were rough so we came ready for whatever. We had a great trip despite the rocky ride and still caught 5 good-size fish. The boat and crew were amazing. Would highly recommend.
Great day learned a lot and caught several species of fish. For sure doing this again
