Questa compagnia di charter è un'impresa familiare sul lungomare di Chinook Pier Grand Haven dal 1984 e continua la tradizione ancora oggi. Credono che i bambini siano il futuro e offrono avventure adatte alle famiglie sul Lago Michigan.

Pescherai a bordo del Danel, una barca Trojan di 33 piedi. Offre una piattaforma di traina molto stabile e più comfort rispetto alle barche da 30 piedi della zona. Costruita nel 1985, è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2020 e può navigare a una velocità massima di 30 nodi grazie ai suoi due motori Crusader da 350 HP.
Il Danel può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 pescatori ed è equipaggiato con elettronica e tecnologie moderne per farti risparmiare tempo nella ricerca del pesce grosso. Il suo GPS e ecoscandaglio di alta qualità creano un'immagine chiara di dove si nascondono i pesci.
Durante la tua giornata, pescherai a traina Salmone reale e Salmone argentato, insieme a Trota iridea, Trota fario e Trota di lago. Tutte le uscite includono l'uso di canne, mulinelli e esche di qualità, così come l'assistenza del secondo, che lavora per le mance. Porta solo una licenza di pesca valida del Michigan, il tuo cibo, le bevande e sali a bordo. L'unica cosa che manca sei tu!
L'equipaggio partecipa anche al programma Pescato e cucinato che ti permette di portare il tuo pescato in ristoranti locali selezionati. Basta far sapere al capitano che vorresti partecipare al programma.

We have never chartered a fishing boat before, we were a little nervous but tried this for the first time because one of us would go back to his country soon. One of his to do list in the US was this, and we did it! We got 3 big King salmon (bigger than 800mm, the biggest was 840mm!) and 1 middle size King salmon, and also 830mm size steel head! (6/21/2026) That was incredible and definitely worth chartering this FishGH! Captain is very kind and nice and also great teacher to tell us how to and what to do at the right timing! It was pretty fun!! Thank you!!

The wind was strong and the waves were big, but we decided to try it anyways. The captain and first mate rigged the lines and we ended up catching some fish.  Due to our travel plans, we were stuck with only this day and the captain made sure we were safe. Definitley wanna come back in the spring or the fall and fish for something different as the fish change with the seasons and would book with them again.
Travelled to Grand Haven for a work trip, we did a morning trip and caught 7-8 salmon. We had to get off the water a little early because of weather, but it was a great experience. Our guides were great, friendly, and kept us on the water as long as possible. And we caught fish! the boat was also large and very comfortable on lake michigan.

we caught 1 king, 1 lake trout we did loose 2 lake trout. Captian was great as well as his mate overall a great time with a great crew. I would recommend booking with these guys they explained everything that we would be doing and we hooked our first fish in minutes of setting rods. Fom start to finish wa an awesome experience
Jason, Thank you for the informative review we appreciate it! Typically mid May is great for quantity of smaller salmon and mid August to the beginning of September is the prime season for the mature big King salmon. We hope ti fish with you again soon. Brian
First time salmon fishing and our Captain and mate were fantastic. Hit some pretty significant weather that the boat road through great and was very comfortable. Caught some great fish in the process. Will definitely charter with FishGH again.
