If you’re looking for a fishing charter that actually puts you on fish, stop looking and book with Captain Steve and first mate Lake at Black Flag Company. We ran about 25 miles offshore and from the moment the lines hit the water it was game on. We hammered red snapper, vermilion snapper, and triggerfish, and also landed red grouper, blue runners, almaco jack, amberjack, bonita, squirrelfish, and lizardfish. We even had a few fish stolen by hungry barracuda and lost another when a bull shark decided it wanted dinner before we did! The best part, though, wasn’t just the incredible fishing, it was the experience. This was a father-son trip with 3 dads and 3 sons, and Captain Steve and Lake made it one of the most memorable days any of us have ever had. They helped everyone catch fish and made sure everyone on the boat had a great time. Bent rods, sore arms, fish limits, and memories we’ll be talking about for years. this will be one we will never forget. If you want to catch fish and have an absolute blast doing it, Black Flag Company is the only call you need to make!

We had an incredible trip from start to finish! We originally booked a 10 hour charter, but unfortunately had to cut it short after 6 hours because my wife got seasick. Even with the shortened trip, the captain and deckhand made sure we got the absolute most out of our time on the water. We limited out on both Vermilion Snapper and Red Snapper, and even added two Lane Snapper to the cooler. The crew was phenomenal. The deckhand was constantly rebaiting hooks, untangling lines, and making sure no one ever had an empty hook in the water. Their hard work and attention to detail made all the difference. The highlight of the day was hooking into a massive shark while targeting Red Snapper. After we were completely worn out from the fight, the captain stepped in to help bring it alongside the boat so we could get an video before it finally broke off. It was an incredible fish, estimated around 7 to 8 feet long and roughly 250 pounds, an experience we’ll never forget! If you’re looking for a professional, hardworking crew that genuinely wants you to have a successful and memorable day on the water, I can’t recommend them enough. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

We had an absolutely incredible time on our charter fishing trip! From the moment we stepped on the boat, the captain and crew made us feel welcome, comfortable, and ready for a great day on the water. They were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Whether you’re an experienced angler or a first-timer, they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The crew took the time to explain techniques, help with baiting and reeling, and made sure everyone had a chance to catch something. And the fishing did not disappoint—we caught plenty, had some exciting fights, and created memories we won’t forget anytime soon. On top of that, the views and overall atmosphere out on the water were just amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a fishing charter, don’t hesitate—this was worth every penny. First time doing a fisin trip on. smaller center console boat. was told by several that onceyou have done it, you would not want to go back to a bigger boat. They were right. Moves much faster, got to our fishing spot 20+ mles out within an hour, caught our limit on Red snapper within 45 minutes, spent the rest of the trip tearing up Vermilion snapper, Red Grouper, and even Amberjack which unfortunately were not in season. Captian Stephen and his deckhand were amazing! They helped the kids and were wonderful with them. We filled our limit with red snapper and caught quite a few Spanish mackerel too! We’ve never gone deep sea fishing before and caught so many fish! We would definitely recommend booking them! Can’t wait to go again!
