Gulfstream IV is Key West's longest-running deep sea fishing trip, taking guests out since 1947. We're a true local operation with decades of experience, a professional crew, and a reputation built on taking care of our anglers. This isn't your typical crowded party boat — it's a clean, organized, well-run trip designed for real fishing.
Step aboard our 56' Gulfstream IV, a fully restored fishing vessel powered by twin Detroit 8v92 turbo engines and inspected twice a year by the U.S. Coast Guard. The boat is spacious, wheelchair-accessible, and equipped with modern navigation including GPS, radar, VHF, and fishfinder. Inside you'll find a galley, separate men's and women's restrooms, an ice box for your catch, and plenty of room to relax between bites.
Your crew knows these waters inside and out. Yellowtail Snapper on the reef, Mutton and Mangrove Snapper on the bottom, Grouper, and plenty more — they know where to find them and how to put you on fish. Whether you're brand new to fishing or a seasoned regular, the crew walks you through every step.
All fishing licenses, tackle, and bait are included. Rod rental is just $5 if you need it. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks; we offer snacks, soda, and water on board.
With a friendly crew that keeps the boat running smoothly (and your hooks baited), you'll enjoy a fun, straightforward Key West fishing trip with a team that's been doing it right for generations.

Thomas, that’s what we like to hear. Glad the crew kept you on the fish and made the most of the time out there. That’s always the goal—stay on the bite and keep lines tight. We appreciate you coming out with us and look forward to having you back on board next time you’re in Key West.

With the way the waves were a bit on the rough side it might have been better to fish on the gulf side and maybe we would have caught more. Thank you
