My first trip out for Stripers and with the change in the weather from bright clear sun I was a touch concerned.
Captain John gave a warm welcome aboard his immaculate and well equipped boat. We were shortly into some bait that took a little working for.
Off to the first mark, worked it for around 40 minutes and moved on to our second mark.
I was into an excellent specimen within 20 minutes and the day went on to get better, with our eventually bagging striper, cod a spotted trout and a pollack.
Captain John is a superb knowledgeable and friendly guide. It was an excellent day made all the better by his in-depth experience of the area and habits of the fish.
I’ve got my second slot booked. It’s a fantastic day out.

The best we could have asked for. John was patient with us and extremely focus to make sure we had a catch - and actually multiple in the end. Highly recommend.
