Big thanks to Captain Tim for our trip! we hunted fish like strom chashers in Twister. Very cool experience! My son was able to bring in a 24lbs fish on his own! Great time, would highly recommend!

In all honesty, I went into this trip a little skeptical. I've been on charters for Striped Bass in the past where it was a dud and was worried this might turn out the same. But the reality was that Captain Tim made our trip not only safe, but smooth, and absolutely enjoyable. 🛥️😎👌 He's been on these waters for years and knows the features underneath the water. He's a hard worker and doesn't overcommit to one spot. And when he's on the fish, he knows how to nail them! With his expertise we caught two large Stripers, a 35in and a keeper 29in. 🎣🐟 My friends and I had an amazing adventure and even learned some history to boot. We'll be back and I'm going to be sure to go on many more trips with Captain Tim 😁🙏

October 21, 2024. 6 hr am trip. My party of 4 (two couples) started at 7am. We jumped on the boat, and we were off to the races, checking honey holes and watching for striper boils. After spotting a frenzy of birds, it was game on. By 8am, my wife and I doubled up, and the rest of the morning all played the same. Find birds diving, chase, cast, catch big strippers and repeat. We had other fishing boats notice our success and start following us around like puppy dogs. All four of us in our party landed multiple fish on many different styles of fishing techniques and learned so, so much from captain Tim. Do yourself a favor and book a trip with Anglerfish guides. Tim will answer questions, give you useful information and catch you some memories of your dreams.

We booked this trip based on other reviews alone and I’m so glad we did. The captain was skilled and knowledgeable and got my kids onto many fish, even a giant 34lb-er they’re STILL talking about. We also saw several whales! The weather was less than ideal so the day could have gone either way and I’m positive we only had the success we did because of his choices. He was also very patient with my kids (2 kids aged 7-11 who enjoy fishing) and calm during situations that needed rapid responses to avoid fish swimming through trap lines, around motors, etc. I would not hesitate to book his charter services when I’m in the area again and I’d recommend him to anyone.

This was my parents’ first fishing experience, and Captain Tim was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the trip. He took us to several spots to make sure we had the best chance of catching something—and we did! We ended up with a huge striped bass. The meetup location was also very convenient and close by. We’ll definitely be back again for another trip! Highly recommended!

Booked with Captain Tim for the 4th year in a row on July 1, 2025 and it did not disappoint, best year yet! Caught many nice large striped bass, 7-10 and that was with a long lull period! My son and me had a fun and memorable fishing trip with captain Tim. We enjoyed Boston harbor views, caught mackerel bait fish, and were fortunate to catch five huge stripers. These are 15lbs+ fish that are very exciting to reel in, and some proved too large to keep! Two fish we were able to keep made for four very tasty family dinners! Captain helped us throughout the trip, his advice based on 14yrs of fishing experience is priceless. The boat has top notch electronics equipment, which helped find the best fishing spots. We will definitely be back next year too try our luck again! Highly recommend!
