I was especially impressed that John communicated with us a few times and changed our departure time a little based on tides and bottom conditions. This gave us the best chance for finding and collecting scallops and we ended up with 3&1/2 gallons. Thanks guys! Hope to see you again in the future for another adventure!

It was our first time scalloping and Captain John and his "First Mate" Amy (wife) made the experience such an awesome one. They are both extremely knowledgeable about scalloping and the history of Crystal River. The springs were beautiful and we even got to swim with a manatee. I would highly recommend Captain John Messer to charter!!
