We had an outstanding experience on this charter fishing trip from start to finish. Captain Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly, making everyone on board feel welcome and comfortable. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with quality gear. The captain worked hard to put us on the fish, and his expertise really showed throughout the day. Whether you were an experienced angler or a first-time fisherman, he was patient, helpful, and eager to share tips and techniques. We caught plenty of fish and had an amazing time on the water. What stood out most was the captain’s dedication to ensuring everyone had a great experience. The scenery, the fishing, and the overall atmosphere made for an unforgettable day. Seasoned Captain & mate put us on the fish instantly. We fished up live bait and deployed them on big rockfish. All on board boated rockfish.The waters around Solomon's Island are beautiful and productive. Whether targeting rockfish, croaker, blues, spanish macs or weakfish, its all here. Book early and often

Took my 11 year old son out for a birthday fishing trip. Captain Long communicated with us really well leading up to the trip. During the trip he was super informed and coached us through how to hook stripers. Very patient with my son and made sure we all had a great time. Pretty sure we caught more fish than any other boat that day, too, probably around 30. Great trip, will definitely do it again!

This was a very beautiful experience. My wife surprised me with a boys fishing trip. Captain Chris was such a vibe, he was very hands on and attentive. 10 out of 10 experience.

Planned a last minute trip for my son’s birthday, and we had a blast. We were worried about bad weather and driving 2.5 hours but Travis had amazing communication the whole time and kept us all up to date! There were 6 of us and we had all caught a good amount of fish. Travis was very informative and he wanted to make sure we all caught something and had a great time. We’ve been on a few other fishing trips before but this one was unforgettable. You can tell he has a passion for this and isn’t just in it for a “pay check” 110% recommend Travis, and my kids are already asking to do it again!

We really enjoyed our trip with Captain Travis! He was very accommodating and tried his best to work around the weather but it he weather had other plans. Despite the weather we still had a great trip! Captain Travis took his time with us and educated us on how to fish and the different types of fish we were catching. Travis took myself, wife and two daughters out for their first fishing trip and Schooled Up exceed every expectation! He taught my 5 year old and within minutes we were catching fish and having a blast. When we needed to move to keep the girls entertained we cruised and saw the sights. It was a perfect day and my daughter wants to come back already.

I used this charter as a gift for my husband and the gentleman of his choice for Father’s Day and they had a ball ! The communication was wonderful beforehand and during the day of the trip. The gentleman called me and said they’d book with him again. Worth every penny !
