Captain Mark was awesome! We had a great experience fishing the flats and mangrove areas with our 9 & 11 year old kids. Our 9 year old angler was not feeling his best and Captain Mark was very accommodating and had a great laid back approach. He took us to multiple spots and we all caught a number of fish which really made for a great experience for all. I would definitely recommend a 4-hour trip as we had an awesome time and would definitely recommend Captain Mark and book with him again next time we’re in town.

I had the absolute pleasure of fishing with Captain  Mark yesterday, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best guides I’ve ever been on the water with. His passion for what he does is evident from the moment you step on the boat. He’s not just knowledgeable—he’s patient, adaptable, and genuinely loves sharing the experience with others.

Whether you’re bringing kids who are brand new to fishing or you’re chasing tarpon on fly gear, he makes everyone feel comfortable, supported, and excited. It’s rare to find a guide who can seamlessly cater to every skill level without skipping a beat.

Captain Mark was the best! He was so helpful with our two boys— ages 7 and 4.5. He was very patient and really was committed to showing them a great time. We caught so many fish and also 3 sharks! He made the experience fun and relaxing. This is the trip you want if you have younger kids— especially ones like ours who don’t have any experience fishing other than in small Michigan lakes.

We had so much fun, it was me and my 13 year old twins. We caught so many fish, we got into some sharks and my kids each caught a big one! i will definitely be calling Captain Mark when we are back in the Keys!

Thank you, Captain Mark! Had a great time on the four hour AM charter.  We caught a ton of fish.  Mutton, mackerel, blue runners, yellowtail.  The bait we used was either shrimp or Ballyhoo!. The shrimp is what was really making the fish bite. Highly recommend.  I will definitely use Mark again and you should too.
