Deep South Fishing Charters è un charter di pesca costiera di prima classe. L'azienda utilizza attrezzatura di alta qualità e mette a disposizione la skiff da pesca a puntina più tecnica disponibile sul mercato: la Hells Bay Boatworks' 2017 Professional. Con un peso di soli 280 kg, l'imbarcazione può galleggiare con soli sette centimetri di pescaggio, rendendola la barca perfetta per le piane e le acque interne della zona. Dotata sia di un'asta da puntina che di un motore elettrico da traina se necessario, l'imbarcazione è versatile e può essere utilizzata per ogni tipo di pesca, spingendosi fino a fondali di 6-9 metri quando si è mirato al Tarpon, ma rimanendo in acque più basse per Redfish, Bonefish, Snook e altro ancora. Had a great day with Ryan. Flats boat is top notch. Ryan is an entertaining individual who we enjoyed visiting with during the day. He communicates about what is going on, what we needed to be doing, etc. He had options for more difficult and technical sight fishing on the flats, as well as fishing with popping corks and catching fish on every cast. We also had 4 shots at tarpon but we lost them to the mangroves. I look forward to coming back and fishing with Ryan again next spring!

Great day out on the water. First cast and it was fish on. Then after a few pointers Ryan got me on my first salt water fish on the fly rod. Also on top water with a popper fly. The wind started picking he decided to pickup and move to another spot. Put us on some bigger snook. Ryan is a great captain did a solo trip But I felt like I was fishing with my boys back at home.

You know it was a great trip when you start off by losing the car keys and still end up having a great time. The Captain's knowledge of area allowed us to go to multiple spots as the tide changed. As a result we had a full day of catching a variety of species. We plan on going back and doing again, minus loosing the keys.

Had a great time with Cpt Ryan. Appreciated his knowledge of the area...birds, fish and overall water ecosystem. He is as enthusiatic about you catching the big one.. and has the patience for the novice fisher person. The boat ride back to the dock was absolutely beautiful.

1/2 day trip with Captain Ryan Booth
Half Day Trip - Inshore il dicembre 30, 2016 • 2 adulti

The 1/2 Day trip turned into a 3/4 day trip because captain Ryan was determined to catch fish on a less than perfect fishing day. A northern front blew the water out of the lower Glades and the rough chop from the wind clouded the water to a clay color. Ryan was determined to catch some Redfish and snook regardless of the conditions and put many miles on the skiff through some rough chop or through the longer rivers to avoid the chop. Eventually his efforts paid off and we were awarded with a few good hook ups of snook even though we missed several of them. Rarely have I seen a captain so determined to put us on fish... his boat was brand new and in perfect condition as well as his electronics. His navigation abilities of the tangled rivers and chanels of the Glades were of a person who has spent many years honing his craft. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful adventure with Ryan and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to catch whatever is biting in the lower Glades/ upper Keys area.

    Father and son tearing up the glades! Days leading up to fishing the weather looked like it would be a blow out would have to cancel. But after waiting and talking we set out the morning we planned and we were blessed with one of the nicest days I’ve seen! Just slicked out mirror calm and the fish were chewing on everything that hit the water! Catching tons of snook and sight fishing redfish for their first time and seeing tarpon do their thing! These two had a blast and made my life easy being able to out the lures right where they needed them to be! Weather is looking great again with little wind but fishing is hot and will get even hotter as weather cools down!

    Every day fishing has been solid! Redfish and snook are fired up! Sight fishing as been very fun watching fish eat in shallow water on artificial. Bait fishing has been phenomenal too! Fishing flamingo either form Everglades National park or islamorada. Contact me to get out on the water!

    Fishing is on fire and will continue to be for next few months with the cooler temperatures! Whether we are throwing artificial or bait the fish are hungry! Targeting specific areas are certain times allows for us to catch a mixed bag all day! Clients having been catching each trip redfish, trout, snook, black drum, sheepshead, tripletail and snapper! Come February the tarpon will find their way back and we can add that to the list of fish that has potential of being caught! Reach out to me about a trip before you book to make sure dates line up and what your interests are and we will try to accommodate your bucket list! This time of year I recommend a full day just because we are running farther to target these species. That way you still have enough time to fish!

    Flats fishing is on fire! We went out a few times this week targeting tarpon, snook, redfish, and black drum all on fly! We ended up catching 3 redfish, 7 black drum, 3 snook, few trout, 3 tarpon and then stayed out till sunset and pulled the hook twice on bonefish and couldn’t come tight with 2 stud permit! Fishing is awesome currently!

    Ryan was a super captain and his boat was immaculate. He did a great job putting us the best positions to catch. He was very concerned about our happiness.

    Captain Ryan took us out early am for a shot at a giant tarpon in the middle Keys area. I had one good shot , tarpon fever hit, and I fouled the presentation, it was history. The movement was weak and we decided to go to the backcountry in the everglades for big redfish. When we got there it was quite for the first few minutes, then you could see a2 foot wake of red, redfish by the hundreds in the 10-15lb range with some 25 lb.+ plus bad boys. We had 2 double and I caught the biggest on the fly rod. Capt. Ryan is good young Captain that will put you on some great backcountry fishing the salt flats of the Keys.
