L'aria più fresca ci sta entusiasmando e preparando per la prossima stagione di pesca sul ghiaccio, speriamo che vi uniate a noi questo inverno per pescare, costruire relazioni, acquisire conoscenze e, soprattutto, divertirvi!
Sono il vostro capitano, Brandon Swartz, ma potete chiamarmi 'Northern' se volete, molte persone lo fanno. Le uscite di pesca sul ghiaccio dipendono dalle condizioni del ghiaccio e del tempo. Quando il charter viene programmato, contatterò il cliente e discuteremo le condizioni attuali del ghiaccio in prossimità della data dell'uscita programmata. Se le condizioni non permettono viaggi e attività sicure, possiamo tentare di riprogrammare per portarvi a pescare e godervi il vostro tempo sul ghiaccio in sicurezza in una data diversa. Il tempo cambia rapidamente in Minnesota, e facciamo del nostro meglio per monitorarlo mentre cambia.
Peschiamo una varietà di specie del Minnesota. Nelle uscite tipiche catturiamo: Pesci da padella (Sunfish, Crappie, Persico sole), Black bass, Luccio e Walleye. Occasionalmente, un Musky è stato combattuto e talvolta catturato. Tutte le canne, le tip-up, l'attrezzatura e le esche sono incluse, gli ospiti devono avere una licenza di pesca valida e vestirsi a strati, con calzini caldi e stivali (i piedi sono i primi a raffreddarsi stando sul ghiaccio) e giacche invernali, cappelli caldi e guanti. IL CAPITANO SI RISERVA IL DIRITTO DI RIFIUTARE GLI OSPITI CHE ARRIVANO MAL PREPARATI, prendiamo sul serio il congelamento!
Quando si è all'esterno usando le tip-up o viaggiando verso il punto di pesca, l'abbigliamento invernale caldo è indispensabile. All'interno della casetta sul ghiaccio, potrete togliere gli strati e godervi una temperatura calda e confortevole per pescare e gustare snack. OCCASIONALMENTE, e a discrezione del capitano, possono essere forniti pasti caldi cucinati, snack e bevande concordati con il cliente. Se voi o qualsiasi ospite che vi accompagna avete allergie o condizioni mediche, vi preghiamo di comunicarle al capitano quando prenotate la vostra uscita per la sicurezza di tutti.

We enjoyed our time and definitely would do it again and next time we'll have to try an ice fishing trip. They bent over backwards to take care of us in every way and made sure that our grandsons had a wonderful time. Thank you thank you again. We would definitely advise you to see them and make a trip with him.

8 Ore Pesca sul ghiaccio (Mattina) 1-6 ospiti il gennaio 25, 2025What an amazing day even with that wind blowing up some snownadoes! A huge thank you to Brandon with Northern Hoosier Outdoors for creating a day that will definitely be remembered. No one can guarantee fish but this guy definitely knows them and we were all able to get at least one fish! Trevor (5 years old) got the longest, a pike, at 35 inches! I got my personal best as well at 34 inches. Brandon is a natural with kids and finds little jobs for them to do to make them feel involved. Everyone was able to stay toasty and Ryan who usually dislikes ice fishing because of the cold was was a happy camper. If you were ever thinking about an ice fishing guide this is the one to get, very affordable and can accommodate larger groups of people currently up to 6 with plans of larger for the future. He loves a group that just wants to fish and to have fun!

il ottobre 15, 2021I’ve been out fishing with Brandon plenty of times and have always been put on fish, this is my biggest pike, measured in at 34 inches, beating my previous pb at 33 inches, which was caught while fishing with Brandon as my guide. During ice fishing he provides nice warm tents/houses with good hot food, and has plenty of spare equipment for people to use whether it’s during ice season or open water he finds fish.

We appreciated the easy-go of date scheduling directly with our guide down to the shared location pin of where we'd be fishing in advance. Everything was provided as promised and all we needed to do was show up in warm layers with a fishing license in hand. Brandon's previous work as a special education instructor really shines when interacting and instructing with his charter guests. He talked us through step-by-step instructions as well as the behind the scene tidbits and tricks. We were impressed with the creative and rustic-but very complete set-up that kept us comfortable the entire time and his knowledge that he brings to the business. Get on his calendar, you won't be disappointed!
