went out with my wife, son and had a great time he truly tried super hard to make sure my son had a great first fishing experience, great boat super clean took us to many spots check in a few days before with us about weather conditions and we end up moving the day because he truly wanted my son to have a good fishing experience I recommend this boat and Cap any day.

The ocean was too rough to go out but Derik made it work in the ICW. We caught lots of snapper and he fileted them for us. Derik is very nice and even let us go a little bit over the booked time as he didn't have another charter. 10/10 would do it again!

I called for live bait... he brought extra...and he was willing to extend the trip to enlarge our total catch. He was detailed in all his attempts to call out fish on, and was successful in hooking several Blackfin Tuna and an Amberjack. Once fish on, he turned the rod and real over to each one of us and successfully guided and coached us so we could land our fighting fish onto the deck of his 29 ft twin motor fishing vessel. Gaffing our catch... bleeding it out.. and getting it on ice was his main priority so we could bait and drop another line to continue the fun and excitement. Captain Derek is very charismatic, makes you feel at home, and a fun guy to fish. Will always wish him the best for making our bucket list come true!!! Fish on Captain D..... Booyah !!! Capt. Derik made this such an amazing experience! Not only was he super knowledgeable about what kinds of fish we were catching and where to catch them, but he was also super helpful with everything! From the reeling to where to eat, Derik had the answer all of our questions! As a bonus, he even let us feel what a shark fight was like! Overall we were so happy we booked with Capt. Derik instead of the big 30 person charter, the one on one help and guide was so worth it and made this experience one we will never forget! Would 100% book again!

Booked a half day trip aboard the Miss Palm Beach as part of a surprise birthday weekend. Boats location was within minutes of our hotel, the boat was in tip top shape, very well taken care of. Capt. Derek was determined to get us the photos my wife wanted of the BIG fish and he did just that! After having fun reeling in enough small fish too keep us (and our arms) busy, we landed two keeper Tuna and got to fill the freezer up with our catch. Great time, beautiful weather would definitely book again.

We just had the best day out with Derik! We homeschool and so our goal is always be teaching new lessons and he was wonderful with teaching the kids (and us!) lots of helpful and important details about fishing in South Florida. We had some good luck and caught ourselves dinner for at least a week! He’s very knowledgeable and we felt safe the entire time on the boat with our kids. We highly recommend, he’s got great gear and an awesome boat!

Captian Derrik was awesome! We didn’t worry about anything, bait was rigged, all rods tied up ready to go! Went on all day trip and catch a bunch of fish every possible way! Trolling, free line, bottom fishing, casting lures. Tuna, mahi-mahi, Bonita, mutton snapper and some more on one trip. Great spend time and money! Captian got great experience fishing in this waters all his life! Definitely recommend going with him!

I’m an experienced angler have my own offshore boat, Derik worked hard to put us on the fish. He tried multiple spots and methods to get us on some action. We chased frigates and grass lines looking for pelagics, ended up seeing the sailfish the birds were chasing, then did some work on the bottom, great trip plenty of landed fish. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Captain Derek did a great job and got us right on the fish! it was a rough weather week but he communicated well and was spot on with his predictions. it was also my daughter’s first time deep sea fishing and he knew exactly how to get her comfortable with the gear. Great day all around!!

Derik was the best (Miss palm beach charters) we got to the fish fast, he worked so hard to satisfy our trip. He extended our stay to make it even better. Can't wait to return next year to do another trip with him.
