La pesca è la mia passione fin da quando ero bambino sul molo di Juno a South Florida. Ho preso la mia barca, ho iniziato ad esplorare, poi mi sono arruolato in Marina a 21 anni come Elettricista dell'Aviazione. Ho trascorso sei fantastici anni alle Hawaii - la pesca era incredibile, e il panorama non era da meno. A seconda del periodo dell'anno, potresti agganciare Red snapper, Cavalla, Cobia, Blackfin tuna, Gray triggerfish, Vermilion snapper, Cernia nera, Gag Grouper, Red grouper, Tarpon, Redfish, Sheepshead, e tutto quello che abbocca all'amo. Durante queste uscite, è comune usare il motore di posizionamento, pescare alla deriva e a fondo con light tackle o attrezzatura pesante.
Il Capt. Andrew crede nell'insegnare ai bambini a pescare fin da piccoli, quindi porta pure tutta la famiglia! I bambini devono indossare i giubbotti di salvataggio, quindi verifica in anticipo se la taglia appropriata è disponibile a bordo. Non dimenticare di portare degli spuntini per mantenere tutti felici e carichi di energia!
Il Capt. Andrew ti accoglierà a bordo di un Seavee da 26' con una capacità di 4 passeggeri. L'imbarcazione è dotata di tutto l'essenziale. Il tuo capitano fornirà canne e mulinelli, insieme alle esche artificiali. L'esca viva o morta è inclusa, ma assicurati di chiedere in anticipo per sapere se dovrai procurartela tu stesso.
Il charter di pesca copre la tua licenza di pesca, quindi puoi arrivare direttamente e salire a bordo senza alcun problema! Tieni presente che alcune specie potrebbero avere regole speciali o stagioni limitate. Chiedi pure al tuo capitano per maggiori informazioni.
Alcuni elementi essenziali da portare sono la crema solare (non spray), un cappello, acqua in bottiglia e occhiali da sole. L'alcol è consentito con moderazione, purché si evitino i superalcolici e le bottiglie di vetro.

We were super stoked to go ocean fishing, and really wanted to catch sharks and big fish. After reading reviews, we knew we wanted to book! Boy oh boy were we on the sharks. While we didn’t get any in the boat, it was neat and thrilling! There were plenty of fish too, but the sharks got them pretty quick. Captain Andrew was great company, very knowledgeable, and the space was very clean. 10/10 will be booking with him again!
Thanks for coming out. Next time we’ll get em and hopefully in the whole condition. See yall bext time!
My friends and I booked a 4 hours morning trip with Captain Drew and we had an awesome time. We caught over 10 big fish within just an hour of fishing. Some of our group was not so experienced with fishing, but Captain Drew was helpful, patient, and didn’t mind lending a hand or giving tips. We will definitely be coming back to fish with the Salty Goat and Captain Drew!

We got the four-hour trip started trying to catch some red drum and black drum. Things were a little slow at first, so the captain took us farther out to target some other species. We ended up catching so many snapper, sharks, and baitfish that I started saying, “Oh man, another big fish… that sucks!” Needless to say, it turned into a fantastic trip. The captain did everything he could to put us on fish, and it showed. We all had a great time and would 100% go back out with him again.

I went on a 8 hr offshore trip with Capt. Andrew. The boat is very well-maintained and equipped with high-end gear and tackle. Capt Andrew put us on fish right away and we ended the day with a couple hundred pounds of fish. I cannot recommend Salty Goat more. I will absolutely charter with Capt Andrew again.

We went underway in good weather, but right as we got to the end of the waterway into the ocean the wind picked up, so we settled for fishing by a rock reef for a while. The wind picked up a lot and a storm began to blow in. This wasn't forecasted and Drew mentioned he'd have canceled had it been in the forecast. We headed back towards the dock and he offered to take us upstream to an inner-coastal waterway where there'd be less turbulence. We fished there for a while and got to boat back to the dock in an epic downpour. Was a fun 4 hours; we caught what he said was the 'biggest toad fish I've ever seen' and a bunch of small stuff. Drew gave us a catch from the morning so we didn't walk away empty handed, and it made for great fish tacos. 10/10 would do again.
