A seconda delle condizioni e del periodo dell'anno, potresti catturare Salmone reale, Trota fario, Trota iridea (Steelhead), Salmone argentato, Trota di lago. Durante queste uscite, potrai pescare a traina con light tackle.

Stai pianificando un'avventura in famiglia? I bambini sono assolutamente i benvenuti! I bambini devono indossare giubbotti di salvataggio, quindi avvisa il capitano se verranno dei bambini in acqua.

Il Capitano Jordan gestisce una barca da pesca in alluminio Alumacraft da 18' con capacità per 3 passeggeri. È dotata di downrigger, portacanne e tutta l'attrezzatura per la traina necessaria per una giornata produttiva in acqua.

Prima di salire a bordo, dovrai acquistare una licenza di pesca locale per tutti i membri del tuo gruppo. Queste informazioni sono disponibili online su WI GoWild. Per pescare nel Lago Michigan è necessaria una licenza di pesca generale e un Great Lakes Stamp.

Si consiglia di portare crema solare (non spray), occhiali da sole e acqua in bottiglia. L'alcol è consentito con moderazione, ma cerca di evitare superalcolici e bottiglie di vetro.

Questo è un charter per il Lago Michigan. Proprio come l'oceano, il vento influisce notevolmente sulla pescabilità del lago. Per motivi di sicurezza, se le onde previste sono troppo alte per la data del charter, potrebbe essere necessaria una riprogrammazione. Spesso i modelli di previsione possono farci sapere con precisione quanto sarà pescabile il lago con 3-5 giorni di anticipo.

Great trip with Captain Ziegler!
Half Day Trip – Weekend (Mid-Day) il July 5, 2025 • 3 adulti
From the minute I booked we had great communication with our captain about wind and weather conditions and very specifically where to meet. We met Jordan about 15 minutes before our charter and were out on the water perfectly on time. We came home with 2 brown trout and two king salmon. Jordan is SO knowledgeable about where to fish, water temp, lures etc. He was awesome and friendly and outgoing and overall just fun. At the end of our charter he cleaned and bagged our fish to bring home and gave us suggestions how to prepare it. I highly recommend fishing with Captain Ziegler.

Morning Salmon Trip
Half Day Trip – Weekend il May 11, 2025
Capt. Jordan is awesome! He was an amazing teacher considering this was my first time salmon fishing on Lake Michigan. He was super flexible and timely and very knowledgeable. Boat was the perfect size for a small party of 2-3. Everything was well organized and set up for us making our trip fun and enjoyable! You can definitely tell he’s got this down to a science! We went trolling for salmon in the morning and were able to catch 6 Kings and 7 Coho for our party of three. Not to mention, he got some amazing photos for us! Definitely recommend his charter service!

Amazing trip and guide
Half Day Trip – Weekend - 5:00 PM il July 13, 2025 • 3 adulti
Jordan was awesome! He was super friendly and enthusiastic! He explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. Fishing was excellent, bite got crazy at sunset and we went home with nearly 30 lbs of filets. At the going rate of salmon, the trip pays for itself in the fish you bring home! Even when the bite was slow we had great time hanging out on the boat and chatting with Jordan. Overall I would 10/10 recommend you book with him. Will 100% be booking again next season!!

We had such an amazing charter with Captain Jordan. He explained everything he did and its purpose along with great knowledge of the lake’s history. He took his time with us, making sure we had a full experience. He was informative of the type of fish we caught and very encouraging. He was full service and very accommodating.
