Ho pescato sul Lago Ontario professionalmente come secondo e/o capitano negli ultimi 16 anni con oltre 3.000 uscite in quel periodo. La nostra stagione sul lago inizia all'inizio di aprile e si conclude a metà settembre.
Queste acque sono note per i trofei di Salmone reale, Salmone argentato, Trota fario, Trota iridea (Steelhead) e Trota di lago. Riempiamo il tuo frigorifero!
Le uscite di un'intera giornata iniziano alle 6:00 e terminano con il limite massimo o alle 14:00, a seconda di quale evento si verifichi per primo. Gli orari si intendono da molo a molo. Sono disponibili anche uscite di mezza giornata e pomeridiane.
Le uscite con Synergy Sportfishing sono adatte ai bambini, quindi sentiti libero di organizzare una giornata in famiglia! I giubbotti di salvataggio sono obbligatori per i bambini di 12 anni e più giovani. I clienti sono invitati a portare snack affinché tutti rimangano felici ed energici!
Il Capt. Nick ti dà il benvenuto a bordo della Jersey Dawn 'Synergy' di 40 piedi con spazio per un massimo di 6 passeggeri. C'è un salone e un divano per ripararti dalle intemperie e un bagno a bordo per la tua comodità. Inoltre la cabina offre l'aria condizionata.
Il tuo capitano fornirà tutta l'attrezzatura: canne, mulinelli, ecc.
Un secondo sarà presente per assistere il capitano nello sbarco della tua cattura della vita!
Dovrai acquistare una licenza di pesca locale prima dell'uscita. Queste informazioni sono solitamente disponibili online, oppure, sentiti libero di chiedere al Capitano Nick.
Non uscire di casa senza crema solare (non spray), cappello, bevande, occhiali da sole e frigorifero per trasportare il tuo pescato a casa. L'alcol è consentito con moderazione, assicurati solo di evitare superalcolici e bottiglie di vetro. Abbiamo una politica di tolleranza zero per quanto riguarda le droghe.

Afternoon trip

A few friends and I went out with Captain Nick and Dex and had a great time!
The boat was nice and comfortable! We brought our own snacks and drinks and they did the rest! It didn't hurt that the weather was perfect and it was basically a flat calm lake!
Captain Nick kept us catching fish and Dex was really helpful when we were reeling in the fish explaining exactly what to do to get those fish in the boat!
I would absolutely recommend Synergy Sportfishing to anyone who wants to go fishing on Lake Ontario!
I will be booking another trip - but this time I will book a full day trip!

Awesome time with Nick and Dex

I had an incredible experience this weekend on a fishing charter out of Olcott, NY, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we walked up to the boat I knew a good time would be had as Nick and Dex made our group of 6 feel welcome and confident we were in for a great day.
The boat was clean, and equipped with top-of-the-line gear. The captain (Nick) and first mate (Dex) were not only highly experienced but also super friendly and informative. They were happy to share tips on technique and gave us a real hands-on experience, whether it was setting lines, learning about trolling patterns, changes in the lake conditions or landing fish.
What stood out most was the crew’s dedication to making sure everyone onboard had a great time, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or a complete beginner, they make sure you’re comfortable and part of the action. Watching Nick and Dex communicate with each other on the fly for all things from what’s working and what should be changed, to making sure lines aren’t crossed when reeling fish in, made the experience all the better. By the end of the trip, we had a cooler full of filleted fish and memories to last a lifetime.
If you’re considering a fishing trip on Lake Ontario, Synergy Sportfishing is the way to go!

Had a blast - book with Synergy and Captain Nick - now!

My wife and I book a morning, half day trip with Synergy Sportfishing and we had a great time! We heard that Synergy was one of the best charters on Lake Ontario - friendly, entertaining and they know how to catch fish!
There were six of us on the trip and we call caught fish! You can see the pictures of the fish caught by myself and my wife. While the weather was not on our side, Captain Nick and his first mate found the fish and had the right bait at the right time! Did I mention that everyone on our trip caught fish?
The boat is quite large and was able to accommodate everyone comfortably.
We will book with Synergy again!

Awesome Salmon Trip with Captain Nick on Synergy
5 hour half day trip (AM) il July 7, 2025
Fantastic trip on Synergy with Captain Nick!!! Within 20 minutes of leaving the harbor Captain Nick had us already in some big salmon. With hour one we had our first double hookup as first mate Nacho cleared lines and directed us to our respective spots at the stern of the boat. Unbelievable excitement and relief when you see that 20-plus pound salmon surface off the stern of the boat and first mate Nacho slides the net under him!!!
Highly recommend booking with Captain Nick and Nacho on Synergy. Great time and can't wait until we can do it again.

Great 1/2 day trip with Capt Nick

We booked with Capt Nick aboard the Synergy and what a trip is was! Capt Nick could have filled the cooler with Coho (a great eating fish BTW) but knew we were looking for the Kings to bend the rods, and he didn’t disappoint! We had a fantastic day and his crew are amazing! If you’re looking to charter a trip, you won’t go wrong here, and the Synergy the largest in Olcott I would say, very spacious, and comfortable!
