Queste acque sono note per il Tonno pinna gialla, Wahoo, Blackfin tuna, Gray triggerfish, Yellowtail snapper, Mutton snapper, Blackfin snapper, Queen snapper (Caribbean), Marlin blu e molto altro – con un po' di fortuna, non ci vorrà molto per allamarne qualcuno. A seconda della specie che stai cercando, potresti trovarti a fare spinning, popping, traina, pesca alla deriva, jigging, pesca a fondo, o forse qualcosa di più specializzato in quest'area.
La tua giornata inizia a bordo di un pulitissimo center console Venture da 34' che può trasportare fino a 6 passeggeri. È dotato di outrigger, downrigger e tutti gli elementi essenziali senza i quali una vera macchina da pesca non può funzionare. C'è un bagno a bordo per la tua comodità. Canne, mulinelli e attrezzatura sono forniti, così come le esche artificiali. L'esca viva è disponibile, ma è bene chiedere informazioni in merito per sapere se dovrai catturarla tu stesso.
Il tuo capitano e secondo sono lì per assicurarsi che tutto funzioni senza intoppi. Una mancia del 10-20% è consuetudine per mostrare il tuo apprezzamento per il loro duro lavoro.
Non è necessario acquistare una licenza di pesca locale prima dell'uscita. Queste informazioni sono solitamente disponibili online, oppure puoi chiedere al capitano. Alcune specie potrebbero essere protette o richiedere un'etichetta per poterle trattenere, quindi assicurati di sapere cosa aspettarti.

My young son Marcus and I charter fishing boats frequently including the Grand Caymans and this was the best. We went on a couple of days before Xmas. Captain Clayton and Jake are truly seasoned, very patient and put us on fish. Cuda, Tarpon, Blue Runner, Yellow Snapper. The boat is very comfortable. We chose an inland 4 hour trip because it was very windy, and they brought us to Rum Island which was comfortable. The Cuda was the highlight of the trip for my son, and the Tarpon was my first and unforgettable. I would highly recommend Clayton and Real Addiction. He's a born and bred island guy that knows the waters, fish and is just a really cool person that makes your feel comfortable, whether you are a first timer or seasoned pro. I would love to go on with him again in my next trip.

Fantastic Capt and mate

While the fishing conditions were very rough and windy, the Captain and first mate Jacob were very friendly. The boat and the gear was top knotch. They did everything they could to make make our trip fun and enjoyable. Even used a Fish Whistle! After the tril hedripped us off on the beach to our resort. Highly Recommend if going to Grand Cayman!

Clayton was very understanding of our group and made sure we understood the conditions before taking us offshore. He kept the ride smooth and as dry as he could, when most charters were staying closer to the island, and we ended up getting two big yellowfin. His crew Jay was great too, the boat is fast and comfortable, and they were good coaches while we fought our fish. Would recommend to anyone who wants to fish offshore in GCM.

Great day on the water

Captain Clay and his mate were excellent on this trip. My 11 year old and I charted them for deep sea fishing and had a great time. Started by trolling for wahoo and then drifting on George's bank for the big fish. We put 2 barracuda and 2 mahi in the boat. Captain Clay got us hooked up on a nice Tuna but unfortunately after 20 minutes of fighting the fish we got sharked! Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Clayton did a great job welcoming the family on board. The tackle was set up great and the boat was very clean. We trolled for wahoo first thing with no luck. We switched gears and started chunking for yellowfin and ended up catching 2. Shortly after we went snorkeling. The day was perfect and we will certainly be back. Would recommend this trip to a family or serious angler.
